St. Denis Golf Course

it’s a great course but needs to be taken care of a bit better. many brown spots by and on the green

Course is in good shape for this time of the year.

I've played here a number of times this year and the course is always in great shape.

If you're new to golf, come prepared with a lot of balls.

Best advice is to focus on striking balls properly and keeping your strokes straight as possible.

The holes seem a bit close but they're a good distance (length-wise). Staff was kind & professional.

Recommend a weekday morning to totally focus

Greens are fair and the fairways were well kept. One negative was the rough had not been mowed, made it extremely difficult to find a ball even a couple feet off the fairway. Affected pace of play.

I have been playing this course for 50 years and this was the slowest round there ever! Before we tee'd off I see two groups of five go off, I asked the starter why they would they five-somes out this time of day, he looked at me dumbfounded and gave me no answer. At the turn I said something to the guy inside clubhouse, nothing was done. Our round took over 5 HOURS, Five hours and fifteen minutes to be exact. Had to wait on every hole. Sad the CLE Golf properties cant hire better starter who know what they are doing!

Greens and fairways were in good shape. The only issue which is a huge issue is the rough. You can't loose your ball when your less than a foot off the fairway.and greens. Had to loose a half a dozen balls. Also $62 in the fall is a bit much. Use your lawn mowers.

someone needs to teach the greenskeeper what water is or how to use it. What shame this used to be a nice course and in good shape

This course is always one of my favorite places to go. Been there probably 200 times.Looking forward to the next 200!

Played on Labor Day early am. Pace of play was very good for a holiday, although it appear front 9 was starting to back up as we made the turn. Course is in very good condition, rough was very thick.
