About
Delaware Golf Club sprawls across rolling countryside that lends an idyllic and secluded setting. Donald Ross designed the original nine holes in 1922 and they were later joined by a second nine designed by Michael Hurzdan in 1998. The layout meanders through wooded valleys and ravines. The rolling fairways are fairly wide but they are lined with mature trees and bunkers heavily guard the small, undulating greens. There are also water hazards that come into play on a number of holes. Delaware Golf Club's second hole is notably challenging, it is arguably the toughest hole on the front nine. This par-4 requires not only accuracy in order to avoid the ravine on the left but also distance to carry the lake and remain in the angled fairway. Golfers will be faced with one of the most difficult putts on the golf course if their approach finds the wrong side of the green.

Well maintained
Just airrated and topdressed but pitted fine. Greens are fast.

just fine
This course have more hills than anywhere else in central Ohio, except Longaberger?, and a lot of water, so it's pretty challenging. The folks are nice, and handle the crowd well.

Oddly in less than good shape
tee boxes were a bit divoty, the fairway and greens were rock hard and unraked sand made bunker play iffy. My first less than stellar experience here so I will be back though

Nice kept fairways and greens
First time playing is tough as tees and pathways to tees are very confusing. Grounds are well maintained, winds around residential areas and roads.

Slow day
This course is the best public course that you will find. Pace of play was absurdly slow today, 4 hrs 40 min. Some tee boxes are in desperate need of repair. Love seeing the course busy, but hate it when I get stuck in it.

Great corse
Finally got to play the back nine normally only play nine and they put me on the front every time. I like this course a lot very challenging for an avg golfer like me

Good course nice layout
I am an newbie to the golfing world. I like this course a lot. Good layout challenging for the beginner and the pro. Course has seen a lot of golf this year but it’s Sept. I am sure they all have.

Late August 2020 - Course in Great Shape
Played late August 2020 - course was in great shape. Tee boxes were soft and in good shape. Fairways were nicely mowed and you could take a nice divot. Greens were well-trimmed and rolled true. Some were faster than others, which is to be expected given how much shade some pasta is this course get. Rough was long and challenging, but not impossible to hit out of. This course has a challenging layout and rewards accurate shots. I experienced a lot of trouble with shots hit out of bounds and into hazards, but I had fun playing the course.

Great Ross course
I got there early and asked if I could play the back because I had a 7 hour drive home. The pro had no problem and hooked me up . Loved the Ross side . Will go back
