Worst course in northeast Ohio
the green are as long as fairways should be, the fairways are as long as a normal course rough, and the tee box’s were poor and placements of the tees were in the middle of slopes and inclines. worst golf course I have ever played in my life, and was not worth $20, I wouldn’t even play this course if it was free.
Do not play there
Worst coarse I have ever played. The things they call greens were horrible. There were patches of grass missing on greens. If you hit the ball one foot off Fairway, goodbye golf ball can't find it even if hi visibility ball.
No effort at all.
Was charged full price on a Saturday, including my 80 year old father. 32 bucks for 18 and a cart per player. The teeboxes had not been cut for days. We had 5 straight days of dry weather before this date. The fairways were also very long as was the rough. The brown dead grass from a previous cut was everywhere in the fairway and rough. It looked like a Hay field. The greens were spongy and long and some had large dead patches on them. White dandelions were everywhere. We lost several balls in the rough and some in the fairway due to high grass covered in cut dead grass. I know golf courses are struggling to get workers, but to charge full price and no senior discount was a bit much. When I finished the round I mentioned to a gentleman working inside the clubhouse that the course was in rough shape, and his reply was yes, it sure is. Never again.
Needs work
Can’t find balls in rough and the greens are very very slow
Terrible
Wish I would have read reviews before I booked a tee time. Fairways were so long you would lose perfectly hit balls. If you didn’t hit the fairway you were not finding your ball due to high grass and dandelions. The greens were as long as the fairway should have been. Will never go back.
Couldn’t pay me to play
Zero fertilizer, greens are in horrible shape, rough is 4 inches and covered in dandelions. You will lose 10 balls easy. You couldnt pay me to play here.
The greens were nice and slow and I enjoyed them but there was no true distinguish between the fairway and rough on some holes, but overall not a bad course and is good for your money
1st round of the year
The course was in better shape than I expected for the beginning of April. Just need to get out a few more times before the dandelions start popping up EVERYWHERE. Grounds crew were out and making it look good. Keep in mind the VALUE FOR DOLLAR. Have reasonable expectations....
This course is a little poorly maintained.
This course is poorly maintained. The greens have big holes filled with sand which made putting a challenge. The blue tee boxes are just gone. The fairways have lots of spots with no grass. There is no food or drinks really to speak of so plan on bringing your own.
Best bang for your buck
Don’t expect a 5 star course for 15 dollars, but it’s worth every penny if you just wanna get out and play
Nice course for the price~
Not the best course around. It isn't bad now that fall is here. Staff was friendly, including the groundskeepers. With a Golf Now deal, this is a no brainer. 18 holes for $15. I'd rather play than hit a bucket of balls!
Rude and course bad shape.
We had a 8:20am tee time. We got to the course and there were 2 foursomes in front of us. We were the 3rd tee time of the day. The 2 foursomes each had a person in the group who never played golf. We ask the lady running the pro shop could we go off the back nine because we are only playing 9 holes. The answer was on weekends nobody goes off the back everyone goes off the front. We explained about the 2 foursomes in front of us. She said and I quote “if don’t like it don’t play here I run things how I run things.” Needless to say every tee box was backed up with all of us standing around complaining. 5 minutes standing over your ball because the group in front of you can’t move. Will not play here again and encourage anyone unless you are a first time golfer do not play here and the greens were aim bad shape and the fairway is another discussion.
