Rancocas Golf Club

Overall condition of the course was in decent shape considering the grass is finally starting to recover from the brutal summer heat. However most tee boxes were filled with divots and some greens were spotty with bald spots. The greens looked like they were aerated recently which is understandable, but quite a few greens had grass clippings left behind, not ideal. Most annoying part of our round was the staff cutting grass during our round. They did not acknowledge us and even running over balls in play. Most places I've played, they would at least stop at a safe distance and let you hit before proceeding. They went around us as if we were in their way, not cool! Not worth the money for the amount of frustration we have to deal with.

Great weather and really nice course. Couple of green had some issue but there aerated them now. Always a great time playing

Bare and uneven tee boxes. Rough was not consistent. Bare spots abound. Some fungus on 2 greens.

I brought 2 beginners with me. Starter didn't put us on notice, but did catch us on the green of the 1st hole to let us know he was having the 2 guys behind us play thru. But we manage to stay on pace afterwards and we didn't need any more interventions from the nice starter. The front desk and cart guys were very nice too. That aside, greens were very very fast and challenging. But the fairways and tee boxes had crab grass everywhere. For a muni course, it was fine. I would return.

Overall was a nice round as a single, hooked up with locals who knew the nuances of the track, tee boxes a bit beat up, fairways good and most greens were good, they roll true but some had some type of fungus on them and looked bad, overall good track for the money and given its end of August is to be expected

First time playing. Course was in great shape. Challenging enough but not overly difficult. Will certainly be back

I played with some old friends and the course and greens were in very good condition and the layout of holes is very interesting. The staff was great and both my friends had a great time and enjoyed the course.

Definition of a “Mid” course. Back 9 is much better, fromt 9 is very tight. Miss the fairway and your punching out everytime. Trees everywhere 2.5 / 5 rating. The staff and halfway house was the highlight tho !

Rancocas was in good shape, the greens are in outstanding shape. I would recommend Rancocas to anyone.

It was late on a Saturday, after 4:30 but still got 18 holes completed. Greens and the tee boxes are starting to get a little rough….
