Tee boxes under repair.
Got to see a course making improvements. Looking forward to playing this course again once the tee boxes are open. Also try to keep your tee shot out of the leaves.
Nice For The Price
Everything about this course was excellent except for the tee boxes. They are currently repairing quite a few tee boxes, so you have to tee off closer to the green off of "rough" like grass. Other than that, it is a course I would recommend and play again. Pace of play was great even though it was very crowded. They had multiple rangers driving around checking up on things. We thoroughly enjoyed our round there!
New ownership things are looking up
All the tee boxes are being replaced. Greens were very nice. The course layout is challenging but not impossible.
Surprisingly Great Condition
Only complaint... Tee boxes were not in the best of shape and they are all crowned. Could not get a flat stance. Fairways were nice, Greens ran true and the majority of the bunkers actually had sand in them. Best shape I've seen the course in years.
Good little track with nice greens
This place for 28$ and under is good value. It’s a bit short so play from the tips but the greens are in great shape and overall the fairways are well maintained too. The rough is a little wild so you may get slowed down looking for balls that you know arnt ob, but aside from that no real complaints. It’s no riverwinds but it’s a solid 8.5/10
Staff is abysmal
I will never go back to this course again. The staff was the worst I have seen at a golf course in my life. The front desk gentleman was rude however the Ranger was perhaps the most ignorant man I have ever met in my life. Some of my friends go there and he is the most hated ranger in South Jersey. I will never go back to this course again.
Conditions were quite poor. Years ago this course was one of the best in the area. Unfortunately the Staff has let the course deteriorate. the tee boxes are uneven and Baron of grass. Fairways are average at best and the greens are not well kept. STAY AWAY!!
It took 3.5 hours to play 11 holes. Tee boxes were absolutely terrible. All dirt, no grass, and not level. Greens were rough and the rough was a mix of grass and grab grass. Tee time was booked days earlier for 10:06 and didn’t tee off until 10:20. Wouldn’t recommend
Poor
I’ve played here multiple times this year and it’s gotten worse as the summer went on. The tee boxes are the worst I’ve ever seen. None of them are even flat so the ball is either above or below your feet. The fairways are very dried out and there’s a lot of dead grass/dirt patches. We have had a good amount of rain this summer so you can’t blame the weather. This course would be acceptable if it were $25 to play, opposed to the $60 you pay on the weekend. After last time, I will no longer be playing here.
Crowned and mostly sand tee boxes. Poor etiquette by maintenance crew
Man this course has gone downhill. Saturday AM round. The layout is great, the greens are good but the tee boxes are just unacceptable. Literally mostly grassless and sand, crowned lengthwise making footing while teeing off frustrating. It should be embarrassing for the course ownership and is unacceptable for golfers paying $59.95 to play off tee boxes like that. To add to it, the maintenance crew was in full operation mowing around greens, running tractors through bunkers, raking bunkers...all while you're waiting to hit. No etiquette from them to move to keep pace of play going, they just drive around you with headphones in, engines running, clapping, yelling to each other, banging rakes into the back of their service vehicle, etc while you're hitting. Oblivious to etiquette. Why is this going on during the busiest day of the week? Do the heavy maintenance and cutting on Friday FOR the weekend. Get out early ahead of the first group and do your daily maintenance. Literally over half the holes we were waiting on crew to finish something and then if we hit we had to rush to our ball to make sure it wasn't run over. Totally crazy operation and a real disservice to paying golfers. No plans on going back anytime soon. Ownership better wake up.

Nice layout but could use some work
This is my second time playing this course, first time was 2 months ago. The course was in a lot better condition in June. There are bare spots on the fairways and some greens. The tee boxes are a mess, a lot of them are mostly sand and a lot of them are crowned so its hard to tee off with a downhill lie; especially #14. If the tee boxes were leveled and has grass it would be a much nicer course.
No bang for buck
For the price the course was not in the greatest of shapes. Play was slow and no one said anything to slow players. Would not play this course again.

i play this course. Maintenance CANT get out in front of golfers...they allow golfers out at first light. Its not the workers fault. And on a busy weekend they have to keep working. Greens HAVE to be cut on weekends or you would be complaining about the slow greens. Any course where you never see a maintenance guy pushes first time back by an hour after daylight or more. Oh, and they have scraped, leveled, and sodded all the tees. ive played many times on the weekend, i guarentee you were not disrupted on half the holes. Most of the work is all done by 930,10. Oh, i forgot...complain to the twp. They have a noise ordinence. Machines cant go out till 6am
