played this course many times usually shoot around 90 play was slow threw my game off a little but overall played ok paired up for foursome guys were great lotta fun

The course was in good shape and for the current rate of 36 dollars its an excellent value

Played here on a Sunday, 5 hr round. Really? There was 2 groups ahead playing very slow, had a whole hole gap, and NO ranger. TOO many SLOW groups out there that day.

I really like this course. The greens were fast and in great shape. The tee boxes definitely need some work. Sometimes you were hitting off dirt, often the box was not level at all. Once this is fixed, the course will be great. Good value for a weekend morning too.

Rancocas is a fun course with a great layout. Unfortunately, the tee boxes and fairways need some attention. The tee boxes are very sandy, with some longer grass mixed in, while some of the fairways needed a trim.

Horrible management by staff. Have played course 3 times recently and every time course was backed up where you couldn't finish a round in less than 5 hours.

Great challenging course that makes you hit the fairway because hitting from anywhere else is a challenge!

The biggest shame of this course is that is has such potential. The tee boxes are garbage. Not 1 flat box or one boxes that was more than 5% grass. It was like teeing off in a sand box.
This course could be a good one if it was taken care of but, its not!

If you want to go mess around with a bunch of buddies over a 15 handicap then go. otherwise stay away!

I haven't played Rancocas in a few years. Back then it was in much better condition, especially the greens. There was crabgrass everywhere and the bunkers were rock hard. This course could be so much better if it was maintained properly.

Great layout with Lots of bunkers. Course would be great with some maintence but for the price I paid with golfnow. I will play it again with my friends

Was able to get our preferred Saturday tee time when we booked on Friday. They were doing maintenance on the fairways(aeration,seeding)but they were still very playable. Overall good golf experience.

The layout of this course was okay but the course conditions were very poor. I felt that I was playing on a cow pasture most of the time. No two greens were the same. Conditions of the greens went from poor to horrible and the tee boxes were mostly dirt. Very disappointing. I would never go back.

Majority of the tee boxes are just dirt.
Fairways are hard, dry, and lack grass. lots of crabgrass.
Rough's are hard pan, lumpy, and lacking grass.

greens were OK but need attention and water.

I won't play this course again this year.

This is one of my local course. The green used to be very good. Although they just aerated 2+ weeks ago, the green is SSLLOOWW, and very bumpy. Brown spots all over. The tee box is like dirt box. No grass but dirt. You get what you paid for. Good value if you just want to go out and have a practices round.

I've played this course several times over the years and have never seen it in as poor of condition as it was. There was no grass on the tees and several fairways had big portions that were burnt out.

This is a nice course for the value, but the conditions aren't great. I played a week after they aerated. I will say, if they put some money into the maintenance of the course, it would be a really nice course. It has some challenging hole and forces you to hit accurate shots into small greens. The course definitely needs some work though.

Played as I got a great Hot Deal, and while round was ok and the pace of the round was good for a Friday afternoon, the biggest disappointment were the greens. It looks like there had been aerated recently, but had not been cut since. To call them snail-paced would be an understatement. Other than that, conditions were ok

Course in pretty good shape with the exception of greens a little "bumpy" after being air rated probably about a week ago.
A couple of the tee box's need a little more grass and the fairways were excellent. Busy day and slow play made the round a little long but still it was enjoyable and I would recommend.

Course was in pretty bad shape. Greens especially. Played behind a group that was playing for money. Vey slow play. Only got through 14 holes in 4 hrs. Course officials new about the slow play and did not address.
