Staff Friendliness
Course has construction in the parking lot, but the actual course is in good condition. Full practice range with chipping hole and challenging par 3s with reachable par 5s . Nice layout with good and firm greens that are slower than Average but in good shape. Amazing staff that goes above and beyond expectations. Very polite and friendly always finding a way to get me out even without a tee time. Highly recommend this course!

It was cart path only. Other than that it was great.
Wait until later in the year
I understand it’s early in the season but I’ve played a dozen courses in better shape already. Left after 9 holes honestly don’t know why they are even open, course was horrible.
Extremely Impressed with this Muni
I have only been golfing for 3 months so I haven’t played many courses, and only 2 other muni’s, but for end of October this course was in great shape. Staff was super friendly (2 guys maybe in their 60’s?), there was a lady serving at the bar but I had no interaction with her, and the guys on the course and at the cart return were friendly and helpful as well. Course was challenging but not too challenging for a new group of golfers. I loved the fact that we were a group of 3 and there were 2 singles going off after us and they didn’t try to force us together. As a new, bad golfer, there is nothing worse than playing with someone you don’t know as I am already nervous enough about sucking. Only 2 small complaints are that the geo for the carts had some weird spots (but I’m sure they have their reasons) and there is some wasted space where they could move some greens or add some things. but that’s nitpicking. Adding a bridge over the road would be a cool addition, however the cars let the carts go pretty quickly. There is some maintenance going on but it only affected me on #6 so it’s pretty harmless. That being said, if you are the golfer who is looking to play Augusta for $22, you might want to wait u til that’s done. Will definitely be back for 18 when I’m not in such a hurry.

Thank you to the great staff at Blackbrook! We had a very enjoyable day and could not of had a better golf experience there…looking forward to the next round there!

Great place to tee off.
Great course to play. Not to difficult but great for the experienced players. Well kept grounds. Staff always friendly, price to play a round of golf very reasonable .
Great Value with a Challenge
Tim and his team do a great job making sure you have a smooth experience. I play on a weekly league and have for five years now. I get a couple tee times a month and have played in outings. Good times on all occasions.
I highly recommend this course.
Best Kept Secret
A well managed excellent course - and low rates - great value. Tim is a tireless worker and the rest of the staff is phenomenal. Love playing here!!!!
