Snow Hill Country Club

played 9/1/2016. great weather on a very good golf course. some long holes and short holes also. good mix. the back nine is very scenic. would play again. one of my favorite golf courses in this area including country clubs.

Got 'Hot Deal' so tough to criticize but 3 hrs 5min for front nine as a single in a cart was PAINFUL. Was sandwiched in between groups and had nowhere to go. Ended up playing 3 balls all the way through and explained to group behind what was going on and they understood. Ended up jumping 3 groups at the turn to get to an opening and then pace of play was normal. A ranger could have fixed this in a heartbeat and my rating would be better.

Older course with nice landscaping. Plays longer than yardage. Would highly recommend playing. Staff very friendly.

love this course play it when ever i can

Really liked this course that has been there since 1924. Tees and greens in excellent shape for August. Greens were fast and have some hidden breaks in them. You may want to look from both sides. Fairways were pretty good but did have some bare spots. Course plays a little long for me. I played from the whites and had some troubles getting past trees to have a clear shot to the green on a hole or two. Hit pretty good drives on those holes too. Coming back on Sunday to play with league so I hope I can play course a little better after seeing how it is laid out. Will definitely be back !

Layout of course is great. Great shape.

All most every shot was a challenge, this course will not lull you to sleep. Most of the time you should take what the course gives you. If you want you can challenge it, succeed and the reward can be great, but so will be the penalty if you fail. A little far out into the country, but a treat if you are willing to make the drive.

Love prices and courses, will use again for sure best thing I den out there.

Course was very fun to play. the greens are the most challenging part of the course. it was hot a dry when I played which I hope was the reason behind greens not holding. I look forward to playing the course again

Very nicely maintained course. Greens ran smooth and true. Fairways we very good and rough not too tough. Overall a great experience. Admittedly a long trek to get there though, but worth it!

It had been very wet in the area but the was amazingly dry and fast for the weather we have had. The course was in great shape. The superintendent and staff should be proud of themselves. The greens were very fast and will play again and would highly recommend.

I found this little Gem this spring. It is by far the Best value for the money. Excellent condition and lighting fast greens.
Its a little out of the way but well worth the drive. Not as crowed as most courses as a result.
There's a indoor or outdoor dinning area for drinks or a meal after your round and the food is above average.

The course was very well maintained. Greens and fairways were very tidy.

An excellent value for an excellent course. The day did not start well, however. The young man in the golf shop was unable to find our reservation, which seemed odd, as we had called 30 minutes prior to arriving and confirmed with him that it would be okay to tee off a little early. He was obviously not a fan of Golf Now, nor the golfers who utilize it. If the club has an issue offering rates/times on Golf Now then why participate? Simple solution for a simple problem.

This course was so nice in the cold and wet. I can't wait to play when it is green and grown in. Fairways were great, greens were so difficult but receptive. I will return and enjoy this course when warmer. Staff made me want to.

very scenic rural course one of nicest three courses between cincinnati and columbus. played great even though greens had just been aeriated.
