Fast greens and super slow play

Course was in good condition. Greens were fast. Probably some of the fastest I’ve played on in the area. Unfortunately the pace of play for a weekday Thursday was brutally slow! We had as much as 3 groups stacked up waiting on one tee box! Had people quitting from behind us and I don’t blame them! 5 hours for a round on a weekday in this area is crazy! The pace of play was the main reason for the 3 star ⭐️ rating.

Snow Hill

Golf Course was great...Layout was terrific...Condition of the course were very good...Greens were quick and held ok...Staff was friendly. 2 minor complaints only...Was 80 degrees and no water at all on the course nor restrooms that we could find. If you are not going to provide water it would have been nice to know before we started, so we could have taken care of things beforehand...Other than that. I would definitely play again and would recommend the course

Worth the drive to Snow Hill

Not sure why, but we had the course all to ourselves. The greens were rolling more than our group could comprehend. The pin placement may have been setup for a Sunday tournament? The course was in great shape, sand very playable. We drove about 90 minutes to get here and knew it would worth every minute to do so. Thanks Bobby for maintaining and continually improving this diamond in the rough.

Best course for the money in Southern Ohio

You will not find a better course under $60 (premium weekend rate) they can charge $80 and it still would be a deal. Fairway/greens perfect. Hard working staff. And great food
