About

Opened in 1923, Madison Country Club is one of the oldest courses in the area. It has a traditional design that measures to a modest 6,145 yards from the back tees. The golf course may be short by modern standards but this member-owned course has been a local favorite since it first opened. The classic layout has wide, player-friendly fairways that offer plenty of room and the terrain is mostly flat, making it a good golf course to walk. There are a few mature trees scattered throughout and you'll also come across some strategically placed bunkers as well. Madison Country Club is ideal for beginners but it's also a great round of practice for more advanced players. In addition to the golf course, there is also a driving range and short-game area at the club.

Space out your tee times!

We got there about 4:10 for our 4:30 tee time. There were no golf carts available, so we sat and waited for people to finish. Which was about 10-15 mins. The first tee box had a 6 cart back up. Ended up with a 4:50 tee. Throughout the match we were waiting at the boxes. Players said the place does this often. Please quit the money grab and give your players some time to play the course.

Love Madison CC!

Always such an enjoyable, relaxed round at Madison. I live in Willoughby and will gladly make the 30 min drive to enjoy a smooth, comfortable pace at such a beautiful classic golf course. Great job to the operators and staff keeping Madison so nice and spacing the tee times 10 mins apart, the pace just flows comfortably!
