Good challenging course that requires straight shots off the tees if one hopes to score well. Recent outing left the greens with plenty of unrepaired ball marks. Fairways and rough were in good shape, but most of the bunkers were being worked on and suffered from lack of sand. Played in early afternoon, so traffic was light and played at a pace without interruptions. Great price and will definitely play again.

This course is always a must play every year, but please people fix your ball marks!! The greens are already so beat up and Cumberland has some of the nicest Greens in the state of Ohio for a public course

Great value for the price, we always have fun. Played through a couple showers, cart path only, bunkers were full of water or under maintenance (we opted to lay out). Will be back a couple more times this year.

Nice course. The greens are always the best thing there. The course was in pretty good condition overall. The guy in the pro shop didn't put his personal phone call on hold to check us in. Big pet peeve. The grill room attendant was great though. Overall great value and a good experience.

Very inexpensive course, well taken care of, and has some challenging holes.

Great value for the price, which brings golfers of all skill levels to the course. The greens are in great shape, but it does seem like there were many unfixed divots and ball marks. I tried fixing as many as I could, but that became too much. Course is a tremendous layout. Landing areas are fair, and the holes are not tricked up at all. Large greens with many different possible hole locations that would change the entire strategy for the hole. Par 5s are all reachable in 2 for long hitters. I love the fact that there are no creeks or dog legs in the landing areas of the par 5s allowing for drivers off the tees. Fairways were in great shape, cut a little long (which I prefer over super tight fairways). Great mix of holes, requiring every club in the bag to be hit. The only complaint besides the ball markers on the greens were the bunkers. Seemed completely neglected. Either like hitting off a baseball infield, or way too much sand. No middle ground. I would pick up my ball, rake up whatever sand was there and place in the trap to come up with some type of fair lie. Played with my wife, who is new to the game, the ladies tees are very fair, and often times placed passed the trouble. Course does not require a lot of carry which is nice for the occasional worm burner that might sneak on the front of the green. This was great for my wife bc she is not a long hitter to begin with. Their are 5 or6 sets of tees, so anyone would be comfortable playing here. Staff was friendly and accomidating (as they always are). Really enjoy playing this course and look forward to coming back! (hopefully after the sand traps get some attention).

nice course, been here before through the week and was pleasant experience. on the Friday our pair went out they paired us up with another couple who were far better than we were. when we asked if we could let them play ahead the starter said that since we booked through golfnow they could make us play however they wanted. I admit that put a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning since I've always had good experiences through golfnow. with all the foursomes we took 31/2 hours on the front 9.

The layout has a lot of variety of holes, the bunkers needed more care from the course and players, there were a lot of unrepaired ball marks on the green which is strictly caused by lack of care from the players.

Paid $30.00 on the weekend. Can't beat it. Very nice greens and overall nice course.

The greens and fairways are great but the sand bunkers are under par it is very hard and not playable !!!

Challenging and well groomed, I couldn't have asked for a better course for the price.

This was the second time playing this course. I really enjoyed it. Course was in great shape and will head back to play again. I have no complaints what so ever. In my top 5 places to play.

I have played this course a few times, and this was the poorest condition I have seen. The greens are blighted and sick. The traps are inadequately maintained and were rocky from lack of sand. The tee boxes were chewed up, this early in the year. I still enjoyed myself, because the track itself is a challenge. Personnel were friendly, and basic refreshments were affordable. Can see signs that the clubhouse maintenance is slipping also. Will someone please save this nice course?

Sand traps need work Sand has rock in it and isn't groomed correctly. Some traps were still under construction and we weren't told about ti. Other than that the course is in great shape.

Course was in good condition, tee boxes were pretty beat up but overall the course was in good shape.

Played on a Sunday and the pace of play was horrible. Had a Noon tee time and at 3:00 had only gotten in 12 holes and was waiting every hole. We thought it was the group in front of us so we jumped only to find every hole ahead of us full. Pulled up and called it a day rather than suffer through a 5+ hour round. I like this course and the staff is always great but I'll avoid it from now on when the weekend comes around.

This is a nice course for all levels of golfers...

The only thing that could top the day was a round at Cumberland Trail Golf course. The course was in excellent shape. It offers all levels of golfers a challenge. Yet it is fair and rewards a good shot. Greens roll true and are quick. The only downside is some of the traps need sand.

The weather was poor chilly, overcast, and drizzling off and on. But the course was in pretty good condition even with the bad weather.
