Worthwhile! Good value!
In spite of all the rain we’ve had, the course was in very good condition. The greens were a little rough but that had more to do with golfers not repairing their ball marks as opposed to how they were maintained. Staff is friendly. Only issue was selection of food on the turn. Overall, one of the better and more enjoyable courses to play.
Love Playing Here
One of my favorite places to play. Course conditions are always excellent, greens run true and the difficulty of the course is well suited for both experienced players and those just starting to learn and love the game of golf. Always a great time, whether you’re playing 18 or 9. Overall just a great course.
Bad business
We had a time booked this morning. Showed up there is an outing. If you have an outing scheduled block out the times so others don’t book a time and show up and can’t play. I drove close to an hour to play here and was not going to play 9 around an outing and get a voucher for free golf some other time. Just bad business in my opinion but I know mistakes happen in booking. I enjoy the course when I played here. Wish today would have been different.

Course was in pretty good shape, working on sand traps, always a fun course to play! Will definitely play Coppertop several times this year

It’s one of my favorite courses but not enough people working last Saturday and the course was shamefully overcrowded. It .took 3.5 hours to play the front nine and as we made the turn a new threesone jumped in front of us. We knew the exact 4 groups we followed all day and this was not one of them. Annoyed at the thought of a 7 hour round we played the front again instead in 1:45. No one was on the front nine at that point
Reminded me of an old girlfriend
This course reminded me of an old girlfriend of mine. She had so much character and a great personality but she needed someone to dress her up a little. Same for the course. Great character, great layout but just not in great shape. The tee boxes and fairways were very thin on grass if any at all. In all fairness, they had just "slit" the fairways but still little evidence of grass in many spots. The greens were nice although they rolled true but really slow. Great potential. Just needs someone to take care of her.

An unbelievable asset that needs help
Wow, this course could be awesome but needs tons of work. Tees boxes and traps were pretty bad. Hopefully next year they get increased play so that they can spend the money needed to be a top notch course.
Sad, very sad
I hear the new owners are good people, but they are obviously not interested in this golf course.. This is the new Emerald Weeds. I don’t think they’ve put any chemicals on this course at all. There are weeds growing everywhere including the bunkers, which are pretty much empty now. The greens have a lot of dead patches and it looks diseased around them., not to mention the tee boxes. So yes, very sad since this used to be a great golf course.
We will continue to play there to support the workers, all great people who love and are loyal to the place..

Nice course
Coppertop has been a constant course I come to a few times a year. The course is usually well taken care of. The greens on this day were super fast... like hitting on ice. I really miss the GPS they used to have in their cars. Still a fun course to play.

It’s a great course! Pace of play was ok not great! The course is in very nice shape. Greens were very slow but fair! Just a fun round of golf!
