First, pro shop staff when I checked in and starter were great!
Course condition and pace of play were excellent. The greens were is super condition and rolled nicely. My play was not very good, but I did enjoy the course and hope to revisit when things go more my way.

Overall, I love this course. I prefer the south course, but both are great layouts. The one downside is poor drainage in the winter months. Drives will plug if the fairway is missed and may even plug if the fairway is hit. Some areas are treacherous to walk even with waterproof shoes (most noticeable between tee and fairway on 18 of the south course).

Great Time
For the middle of winter in the Pacific Northwest the fair ways were taken care of and greens were rolling very well. There was mud in the deep rough so as long as you keep it in play your all good. A great course to play in the offseason.

Fall ball
Even though the south course was recently aerated, the greens rolled fairly true and faster than expected. Hats off to the grounds crew. Pace of play was a little less than 4 hrs, thanks to the group in front and my playing partners keeping the ball in play. This course is in my top 2 public courses in the metro. Pumpkin Ridge is my 3rd.
