Claremont Golf Course

Pace was slow but fine. Nothing really bad. I have played two days in a row at this same course. I would say the challenge was the greens. They did no hold even the best lob shots and ball marks were hard to find which will tell you a lot. Putting was just as bad. I am not sure how long ago they aerated and sanded but the greens really need to be rolled daily. The balls where still hopping and as I watched another persons put it took a hop right just from the greens not being rolled.

I've played Claremont a number of times. It's gotten to be very expensive, so I play only when teeoff.com has a special price I can relate to at a time of day I like.

too many beginners. ranger came out and told me to speed it up. I said I'm not the problem, the people i'm playing with are the problem. I wanted to to ahead, but he wouldn't let me. probably won't be back

Went out on a Friday morning, perfect weather.The fairways are in great shape; the greens are in excellent shape and if you happen to end up in a trap, there's ample fluffy sand to bounce out of. The greens are very fast and roll true. They cut the greens every two days and roll them every day. Excellent staff, very friendly and now they have fantastic sandwiches from Elephant's Deli which to me is a huge upgrade from just peanuts and energy bars. Good craft beers in the cooler as well. Overall, a wonderful experience and that's why I keep coming back.

Shots need to be really accurate to make sure and not interact with close by houses. A little nerve-racking for this less than excellent golfer.

Always well maintained and well layout with nice về water fountains and homes nearby. Good customer service staff.
