The course was in terrible shape from tee to green
Great local muni
Have been playing course 30+ years, in great condition especially greens, tee boxes need work cart paths needs to be entirely replaced unless you like getting a very rough and tumble ride. Carts are getting a tad beat up and need replacing. For the hot deal price including cart excellent value, full rack rate is too high. Played in 4 hours with cart and pace of play was very good but only because of the golfers themselves, no rangers in sight.
Poor Maintenance
Place is just simply unkept. Tee boxes all dirt, little to no grass, and poor maintenance throughout. What used to be the best SI course, current conditions knock it to the lowest now.
Wasps
There’s so many wasps and/or murder hornets everywhere. They do make a good grilled cheese though.
Overpriced
Very high price $76.50 for 18 holes
That’s ridiculous !

Course in ok condition
Major problem was the hornets! Couldn’t finish a couple holes because of the hornet swarms on the greens.
Surely they’d spray the course
Disappointing.
Staff was GREAT. Pro shop staff and starters at 1st tee were friendly , helpful , and professional. A++
Unfortunately that was it. The course conditions were HORRIBLE!!! 2-3 greens were u playable due to swarms of hornets/wasps. We couldn’t even get near the green. UNACCEPTABLE!!! The t boxes were not cut, cart paths resembled a NYC street full of potholes, and the bunkers were UNPLAYABLE!!!! Whenever I hit into one I took a drop on the rough.
This was one of my favorite courses to play BUT
NOT ANY MORE!!!!! Back in the day this place was immaculate. I paid $30 but the conditions didn’t even warrant that much. Save your $$$$ and go elsewhere.

Fun course to play
I enjoy the layout. A couple short par 4s and a longer par 3. Good balance of open and tight. Some challenging spots. Greens are pretty fair and reads are reasonable. Played really early so the pace was good. Can’t wait to play here again!
