Loch Nairn Golf Course

Great course! Real sand in the unkempt bunkers. Played to say goodbye!

I like playing the course , I played more often than all the other golf course around me I’m going to miss Loch Nairn

The greens were in better shape than some other courses I play that are going to stay open.

fairways full of bare spots and crabgrass. greens bare spots. Probably not being maintained as it was sold to township for use as a park, not a golf caourse.

For the course to be shutting its doors the end of the year you have to take it for what it is.

Crab grass fairways, grass traps no sand traps, very poor conditions.

The course is mostly crab grass, even the sand traps have crab grass in them. Really no upkeep

Course is closing at the end of the year and it shows. Only thing in ok shape were the greens. Can’t believe they are still charging full price to play. Go play Inniscrone for the same price.

This course was really sad. Looks like they cut the grass with a regular mower and that’s about it. Fairways are mud and full of weeds. Tee boxes are hilly, hard to find a flat lie. Really nice staff but I don’t think they put any effort into making this look like a golf course. Ingleside and Pickering Valley which are the same price look like a country club compared to Loch Nairn. This course used to be nice but looks like they don’t care anymore.

I played this course with my sons as they grew up. We have many fond memories of those rounds. Now, as they get ready to close, it is in terrible

shape. The greens were surprisingly good, but the rest of the course was full of mud, bare patches and WEEDS, I had to play it one more time just for old time sake. Sad to see it go.

Better tee markers, an hole numbers on the green flags

I know it is closing in a few months, but they appear to have given up taking care of the course. Price to play should be $10-$15 less to reflect that. You definitely don't get what you pay for there anymore
