Range End Country Club

Visiting the area for couple weeks and have been doing Golfnow hot deals to check out different courses. I drove 50 minutes to get to this course and it was worth every mile. Most courses I’ve played have been barley worth the deep discounted prices. This course is the exception. The 7:04 hot deal time was like $18 and was way to cheap. This course is a bargain at the $31 senior daily price. This course has the look of a private club. Greens and fairways are perfect, and the ruff was easy to play out of. Every aspect of this course was great. There are interesting holes and real Par 3’s, some 180 yards uphill. The course has just enough elevation change to make you use every club in your bag. I will play this course several more times during this visit as well as future visits. The grounds crew and staff could not have been more friendly. I work at a golf course at home and know the effort that goes into keeping a course I’m this kind of shape. The management and staff take pride in there work and it shows. If you get a chance, play this course you will be glad you did.

Their was no water on the course bc of Covid I get it their was not even a refreshments cart going around so you could buy a water or whatever poor on a day like that super hot and humid.

It’s a fun, relaxed course to play. They staff is great and there’s a wonderful bar and restaurant for after your round. Course was in excellent condition.

It is always a pleasure to play Range End. Since it was a holiday, play was a bit slow but we survived 4.5 hour round. It was disappointing the restaurant was closed, however it was Memorial Day so those folks needed to enjoy the holiday as we were doing also.

I don’t know if my title is true but I’d sure like to think it is! I have played twice this year on this course and both times it has been spectacular! Challenging but not overbearing. The trees, hills, and long views of the skyline all creat a picture perfect setting. This course has it all, long straight and wide, short and narrow, they even have a hole with an island. The facilities are in incredible shape even have a restaurant on site. Just to the right of the 4th hole you can see their incredible driving range which is open daily until 10pm yes it has lighting. I could go on and on but you really must have the Range End experience for yourself.

Range End has very challenging greens that are quite healthy as evidenced by ball marks on the greens. It is very easy fixing ball marks because the greens are so healthy and solid. Under 4 hours on a Saturday was delightful. Great staff and great environment.

I just want you to know that we have a hidden gem in our backyard and it’s called Range End Golf Course in Dillsburg. The course will allow you to utilize many clubs and challenge golfers of all levels. I played straight up against a young guys who played the tips and I played the whites and it was an even match. The owners are doing things right. Cleaning up the over grown, taking care of the course and with the Greystone Restaurant you have a destination. You’ll want this track in your back yard...but you can’t because it’s The Pride of Dillsburg. You should give it a play...you’ll be back many times.

Nice day and course in pretty good shape coming off winter. One of my favorite courses to play. Greens not as fast as normal but were in very good shape. Pace was good for crowded course conditions.

For January this course was super. Even the Traps were racked. Great pace of play made it even better.
