Good bang for buck
Alot of blind shots, alot of hills. Sloping greens, nice layout , played 1st out so pace was great for 2 of us. About 3 hrs. But for 34$ not a bad day out.
Awesome course! Different than most
Played the first Saturday when courses opened back up, so obviously packed. But the course was really cool and different because of the elevation changes. Some cool par 3s on a steep down hill. Course was in great condition. I definitely recommend and will play here again!
Nice course
This is by far the best course in the area for me grass is very well maintained
February golf
The course was wet and so cart path only. The greens were in surprisingly good shape. This is one of the nicest courses in the area.6200 yards from the white tee box plays long, especially with the elevation changes. It was quiet and scenic. And I was playing in February!
Macoby 11/20
Great course. Plays well always. Extremely friendly staff.
Govt at its finest
This city owned course should be sold or closed and the property sold. It is run like city hall......an embarrassing shambles.
They didn’t have my tee time though it was on my phone. No carts “ new ones on there way too” people standing around doing nothing while the course was a mess... puddles on both sides of every bridge ...crushed stone is cheaper than what all those lazies cost.....
Poor city taxpayers.
Beautiful day
Tough course greens are the toughest i have ever played otherwise is a challenging course give a try
Worth the visit
Decent course in nice area . Very friendly staff. A bit moist in some areas could have a little better drainage. Challenging because of fairway slopes and greens. Overall in good condition. Couldn’t beat it for the price. Would play here again.
Hilly
Can not see flags nothing to show ware to play ball you play this course like a blind man save your money we will never go back
great course
I have been playing macoby run since it opened and it's a great course and well kept, one of the best pulbic course I know, play it and you will find out, but don't walk the first 5 holes are really hard to walk.
Slowest pace of play ever
Apparently was busiest day they had all year. Tee time was delayed 20 minutes and waited 20 minutes to tee off number two. When we got to #3 there were 3-4 groups waiting to tee off.
Never in my life have I seen pace so slow. We ended up leaving getting a rain check. Saw one guy hacking 7 shots which were unnecessary. No ranger until we were leaving. No excuses this was not fun
