About
Olde Point Golf & Country Club sprawls across a rolling landscape covered with mature trees, sparkling blue lakes, and meandering streams. Native vegetation is abundant across the gentle hills. It is a course that is both scenic and challenging. Built in 1975, it opened to the public a year later although members enjoy guaranteed tee times. The many water features all over the course come into play frequently and there are also strategically placed bunkers lurking beside the greens. The doglegs are no easy feat either. From the championship tees, the golf course is a formidable test that requires well placed shots but the three other tees provide a gentler game that is more approachable for beginners. In addition to the golf course, Olde Point also has a grass driving range as well as chipping and putting greens.

SLOW
The pace of play has been extremely slow the last two times I played this course. They over book the course daily and don’t try to push the speed of play. The lady in the clubhouse is not friendly and had had an attitude every time I’ve been there.
Interesting layout
Enjoyed the round, nice layout, reasonably good shape considering recent heavy rains. No complaints except for very slow pace of play.
“Okay”
For the money it’s fine. Greens are SLOW and need to be rolled. Fairways are okay. Tee boxes absolutely horrible. Not one good tee box on course sadly. No even ground anywhere. With all that being said, staff was very nice, carts were nice. Old old course that needs some lovin.
Nice golf course
My wife and I played today and this course is a bargain for the money. The fairways are in good shape and all the greens immaculate.
A day at Olde Pointe
The course is in pretty good condition. The geese have made their marks on a few of the greens. Speaking of the greens, they were really slow. The fairways were in pretty good shape. The staff seemed friendly although I didn't really have much contact with them.

I’ve been playing Olde Ponte regularly lately & always enjoying it. Greens were a tad slow last week, but this week they back on target. Always fun!
Olde Point Golf Outing
The course has been looking better and I believe they have been putting the effort in to make this a very nice course.
Good time at olde point
Course was in good shape for just having 7 inches of rain in the last few days. The greens were a little bit slow but that’s understandable with the rain. The staff was great and would definitely play again.
Staff urged me not to use the golf now app. They prefer if you call them. I showed up and was told I had to pick the next open tee time because the course was over booked. Played behind a pair with a pair and a Foursome in front of them. LONG DAY
Great staff
Everyone there is very friendly. Course is getting in better shape.
