Got a hot deal for a total of $43 for a Saturday noon tee time and I was very pleased with the condition of the course. Grass was all dormant this time of year. And the greens are just painted. But they rolled really good. Putts from above the pins were near impossible to stop with so little grass on them right now. The course is a really fun challenge and the back is a shot makers delights. Overall. Really solid day out and a really fun course to play at a good price. Pace of play was pretty good for a Saturday. Finished in just right at 4 hours.

Our tee time for two golfers was scheduled for 1:50 p.m.; however, we were sent out at 1:05 p.m. We completed the first nine holes at approximately 3:45 p.m.

When we arrived at Hole 10, there were four groups of four players waiting to tee off. The fourth group eventually left due to the delay, and we then became the fourth group in line. We were informed the wait would be approximately 30–35 minutes before we could tee off.

The three groups ahead of us were playing extremely slowly, significantly delaying pace of play and creating an unreasonable backup on the course.

Due to the excessive wait time, we returned to the clubhouse to request a refund for the back nine. The staff informed us that we would need to contact Golf Now directly to request a refund.

If you can not hit a golf ball more than 40 yds on a fairway please take same lessons.

Only played a few times but every experience has been great. Fun course, very well maintained, friendly staff.

I have been wanting to try this course for a while now so I definitely jumped on the deal that was available since I have a friend in the area.

The course is in fantastic shape even though we are in the middle of December. The layout is fun and the greens are tricky/faster than they let on, even when they were a little wet.

My only complaint was the "starter" on the back 9. The first guy we talked to was super nice and gave us some ins & outs of the course. The guy on the back 9 came out after we had bought snacks at the turn and fussed about pace (we were right on pace at the 2hr 5 min they have posted on the carts for 9 holes). He fussed because there were open holes in front of us and was pretty unpleasant about it. Other than that, I will definitely be back.

I payed for four in golf now and one player got sick and couldn’t show up. The course wouldn’t give a rain check for the one person missing.

The course was in great shape and the greens ran at a nice speed.

The course was a lot of fun and the greens have a lot of character so they can be tricky. Today it seemed as though the greens keepers had it out for us with the pin placements but it was a lot of fun.

We had a great time out at the Links of Tryon! They have done significant work on the greens. If you stay in the fairway, you will have a blast!

Course was in great shape, actually the best I've ever seen it, which is saying quite a lot since it's almost always in excellent condition. Greens were the best I've seen on a course in months, rolling perfect with no bad spots to speak of. Love Links O'Tryon.
