Tired Course

Played first and third 9. Front 9 is very narrow due to trees never being trimmed. Tree roots, gulleys everywhere do too por maintenence. Course is obviously on a tight budget for upkeep. I understand this is a delicate balance to keep costs down and deliver a product that the public will want to use.

Great Value

Honestly I went in not expected great things because I had seen reviews that said not great things but personally I had a lot of fun. I went with three of my buddies and were all equally as bad but we had fun. The value was great and I loved how most of the course was in between the trees. It was all around a good course for the cost and it’s 100 percent worth it.

Terrible experience

Tee time at 11:40, got there 30 min early. Got my cart 10 min before tee time, and the other 3 players didn’t show up till 11:50. He wouldn’t let me tee off until they got there because they didn’t want to let 3 carts out for a tee time due to it being busy. I was one of the 6 cars in the parking lot with 100 golf carts available. The other 3 players didn’t arrive until 12:00, until one of them forgot his clubs. Staff member told me I had to wait till they got back from getting their clubs at home to start golfing. Since when is that acceptable that you have to wait to golf for other random people being late? Mind you, there had not been someone on the tee since arriving. 12:30 rolls around, he pulls back up and has to get food/drinks before he tees off. To make things worse, the “clubhouse” only accepted cash and had no beer and gave me a microwaved hotdog. I should have been paid to play there.

Disappointed

The course has been going downhill each time I have played there and now it is to the point that I will not return

It's OK I guess

The fairways and greens were in decent shape. They felt a little tight in many spots and often i chose to play it safe and hit short. The layout was a little off putting with several holes doubling back on themselves and intersecting. Staff was nice but not overly friendly. Carts were pretty good but not GPS which might have helped a little with course navigation with some holes. The course is over an hour away from me and for what I paid there's better options nearby. I didn't play the full 27 holes as the hot deal was just for the front and middle nines.

Excellent value

Rolling is correct! Very little is level on this course. Lots of blind shots made it tough for a first time round.

Good greens

The greens were the only plus. Three groups of 5 or more slowed it to crawl. 6 hour round. The place has went down hill from when I played it a few years ago.

Too expensive for a sand box

Most all the Tee box’s are hard sand. The greens are fair except one that had a massive mud puddle.

Fairways need more grass. Hard playing most shots off the ground.. the greens for the most part were in good shape. I did make a 45 foot put on #1. I did not play the back 9. It took to long on the front9. There was a single in front of me and a foursome in front of him. The foursome would not wait for us to play through.
