Manager sucks
The guy who runs the course is TERRIBLE. .
DONT PLAY HERE. They allow group of 6 plus (no matter what they tell you) and nobody lets you play thru. Took 5 hours to play 15 holes and I left. The manager berates you before you play a single hole about where to park the cart on this overcharged course. 54 dollars for 18 ? Grow up.
Fairways were very good.
Fairways were great, tee boxes were very good, some of the greens were horrible, but most were pretty good.
Overpriced
$35 for a poorly maintained course. Most holes didn’t have tee markers out and were very patchy. They are short on carts and one hole had 20 people at once playing! All around terrible value for the price.
Fun time by 3 old men and the kid.
I booked this course through Golfnow. We were treated well and felt welcomed at this country club. Members were friendly and visited with us. Pro Shop staff very friendly. Older course that is forgiving if you land off the fairways.. tee boxes were a little bare but still a little early in the season. Greens were not bad but had a few rough spots. Cart path was rough. Tree roots have raised it up in spots and can be dangerous if not careful. Several holes over water and made for a challenging course for first timers. This course is favorable for one who may have difficulty getting around. We had one guy who is getting a hip replaced next month and he was able to get around pretty easily. Thanks Lakeside for letting us enjoy your course. Would love to play again.
Very playable course
Layout good for the average senior golfer, liked the forward tees . Enjoy with the day with our foursome., suggest more attention to repaiir of cartpaths, very rough!.
Actually a gem course with a little more TLC
The cartpaths are horrible, thats why it gets 3 star,greens looked very good 5-6 weeks ago before the snowstorm. That possibility and heavy rain may have really hurt the greens,bunkers had alot of water but otherwise were well kept,plays very dry despite heavy rain in the last few weeks. Definitely not worth over $25 in current condition but im still very interested in playing this course and they have great cards.Hopefully as they get more players things will continue to improve towards summer.I still would recommend to others.
Great course
It is located somehow in the country side but it is a a great gc. Not so updated club house but we are going mainly for golf. Good fairways and greens. Somertime watch for fire ants... everywhere. Thx

The overall condition is good,$25 would be fair for this course during this time of year and considering the greens are not all in great shape but they roll fast and true.The course is very tight and has some blind shots over hills,bunkers are well kept and course sheds water well.I will definitely come back here and bring friends.They need to advertise and get everyone up to date on the computer and how golf now prepaid works.The carts are great and have USB outlets. The cart paths are the worst I've ever played, be better off to have a company come in and grind them up and roll with compactor,,honestly be best solution. Pro shop needs more apparel and few golf supplies, balls,tees,or ball markers.Has small snack bar.

Nuce layout and great conditions golf course. Not so great on the amenities. We enjoyed and we will go back. Thank you
Greens
Greens would hold very well but most of them were covered with sand. You couldn't even see grass on 4 of them. Overall not a bad course just wished greens were in better condition
