Fox Creek Golf Course

The only reason we knew of this course was because of a local radio ad. So we gave it a try. Very pleased! The course was immaculately kept, which was pleasant! Very scenic course with plenty of water and rolling hills. Staff was very friendly. They were out of Course Logo balls and willingly gave us one from their own display. Will play again definitely.

Everything is greening up nicely. Some of the greens had some brown patches but it didn't affect the putting at all. The maintenance here goes beyond just cutting the grass as there was evidence of marking things on the course.

I drove over two hours to get to this course and was not disappointed. It always seems to be in good shape. It is a great layout with some challenging holes. The smooth greens are rather small and that just adds to some of the difficulty. There are elevation changes, though not too drastic and some of the greens are elevated.

I love this course! It pretty to look at and has a very good layout. A combination of elevation change and water. Beware of hole 15 it's a hard dogleg left but from the tee appears to be a short and straight par 4, it's not.

Course is A nice lay out but very dry. Course plays hard if not hitting the fairways

very playable, conditions decent, greens well kempt.

Played Fox Creek after a week of inclimate weather but they were still watering greens which left some greens way to soggy. Balls checked up well shot of the hole leaving long putts all day. Even though the greens were too wet they rolled quite nice

Very good shape. They did just punch the greens 6/5/14. Recently cut down a lot of trees. Mostly cleaned up from this.

My neighbor and I played the course on Saturday. The course was busy, but players on both sides of us were considerate of play. We felt that the course was in great shape for this time of year. They have removed several trees and limbs to open up the course.

While cheap, the course needs to be renovated. Fairways quite dry. Greens of variable quality.

This is an okay course. I am from New York so I was excited to play a SC course. I was disappointed. The greens were slow, the fairways were patchy and the tee boxes were not level.

Nice little course. Played it twice in a week. Second time I booked a tee time got three to find out they were having a tournament. Course closed didn't even offer to call golf now to help me get my money back

By far my favorite course in SC. I live in Sumter so its a little bit of a drive, but when can I love playing here. It has it all elevation changes, water, tree, and bunkers. Cant wait till my next round at Fox Creek!

This is a fun course to play. It has some easy holes and some very challenging holes with lakes and bunkers to avoid. I enjoy playing here very much.

Course was extremely busy on the Saturday we played, but we enjoyed it very much.

It is hard for me to give the course itself a fair rating after the HORRIBLE way I was treated when I tried to check in with the GOLFNOW confirmation sheet that I had. It seems that the course manager did not tell hs staff about the discounted tee times available on line through GOLFNOW so my receipt was disputed by the staff member working the pro shop. Oh and by the way... 5-somes are allowed and apparantly encouraged NOT to let faster groups (like twosomes) to play through!!!
