Overall, it is a wonderful course. I go to this course on every Sunday, because it is best in Nashville Area. Even if it takes an hour to take there, I'm always satisfied with the course condition.

However, during the winter time, they do not take care of the 19th hole well. Although staff in the pro-shop is fairly friendly, the ones in the restaurant does not treat customers well.

I've talked to the pro-shop manager about the anecdote which made me very angry due to the staff's rudeness last Sunday.

One day later, the director called me back with a very courteous manners, admitting that the staff in restaurant was extremely rude and confirmed that they will fix that.

Since it's a beautiful course, I will go regularly. Hopefully, they enhance the serviceability, so that people like this course more.

I love this course.

For mid-January the course was in great shape. Staff was friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Loved the course!! Greens roll true but were a little beat up. Was a bit disappointed for a club this nice that the bar was closed at the end of my round for a cocktail, guess it's too late in the year???

Excellent condition, layout, staff & round of golf. One of the best public courses in the area.

This course was amazing. The views, the layout. It is hard though and can be narrow. The greens had a lot of unrepaired pitch marks but the fairways were like race tracks, ball ran out forever. Very hard course to know where you are going the first time.

What a treat. Played 18, then played 18 more for just a cart fee. Very challenging course with holes that have personality. Staff was friendly, course was in good shape, except for lots of un-repaired ball marks on greens, that was my only negative. They were soft and every shot left a mark, but not many were repaired. I hope to play it again when I get back to the Nashville area. Lots of tee area options so you can pick tees to match your game. It was freezing the day I played and I happily played the whites instead of the blacks or blues. Still played tough, but was fun none the less.

The course was in really good shape; the fairways were excellent and the greens above average. While not drivable par 4's, this course has diversity and lots of God-given beauty that can't be taken away on a really slow paced round.
It was a joy to play.

Winters coming. The course is still in really good shape. Carpet fairways, exceptional tee-boxes and fast greens. Staff is very helpful and polite. Always enjoy a nice round of golf at Greystone.

What a great course. Challenging. Plush conditions. Excellent, but demanding greens. I had one of better rounds in my life, so that made the day even better. A little course knowledge would have been helpful. I would definitely play here again. Great value.

Far and away my favorite course in middle TN. Zoysia fairways, bent greens and white sand in the bunkers, not the brown river sand you find on most courses in this area. I have a half dozen courses within a few miles of my home but will gladly make the hour drive whenever I have the chance.

Can't comment too much on the 19th hole as I pretty much finished and headed home. The facilities are certainly there for it to be very good.

The course was amazing. The fairways and greens were both in post card condition. It was the perfect day for golf an Greystone is in my oponion the best course in the Nashville area .

We had a great time playing this course. Beautiful views. The fairways were in great shape but the greens were covered in ball marks. They rolled well but the high school tournament that played before us left the greens in bad shape. The staff was about as unfriendly as I have ever seen. We felt as though they resented us playing there for the rate we paid in spite of the fact that my wife bought a very over priced pair of golf shoes from them because she had forgotten hers at our hotel.

But the greens were more muni like than a highly rated course I heard it to be!

The course was in really nice shape. The tee boxes were very lush. In fact, these were the highest level of maintenance I have seen on tee boxes in quite a while. Some of the greens were a bit pock marked, but none affected the roll of my putts. I cannot understand why people refuse to fix their ball marks.

The second 9 has some very challenging holes. The par-5 12th is only the #13 handicap on the card, but it plays tougher than that. It is difficult to visualize where you want to try to hit your shots. On the drive, the boulders jutting out on the right side as you look at the landing zone from the tee mess with your mind. Then, the second shot is basically a blind shot to lay-up or try to get close or reach the green in 2.

Overall a great course. I would play more often if it weren't so far away.

Beautiful course and conditions were fantastic!!! Significant changes in elevation on many holes. First time playing the course, but there were not many blind shots. The greens were a little slower than what I'm use to playing. Can't wait to play it again!!

Course is in pretty good shape. Greens are a bit bumpy but that is to be expected this late in the year. I really like the practice facility. Highly recommend to all you players out there but won't recommend for all you hacks
