Great Golf Course

Fun Golf Course
I took 2 of my grandchildren and we had a fun time. The course was not crowded so we didn't feel pushed. The greens were fast but in great condition. The tee boxes were a little rough and need some attention. We will be back.
Pace of play
Pace of play was slow due to large groups hitting several shots. It took longer than normal to finish a round. Everything else was as good as expected.
Great golf course for the money.
Staff are friendly, and the pace of play generally keeps flowing without much interruption. The course is in good shape and greens are well kept.
Hidden Gem!
This course is a hidden gem! Greens are in fantastic condition and the staff is always friendly.
Tractors
I love this course , but sometimes the mowers and tractors are a bit distracting. Over all great course.
Overall Good Value
The course was in good shape. Have some of the largest/ nicest greens for a public course. Played twilight starting at 2:30. Hard to beat for the money. With that said, a round shouldn't take 4 1/2 hours to complete. Didn't even stop at the turn. Owner brought up not once, not twice, but three times not to start our round any earlier than the designated TWILIGHT TIME. Yeah heard you all three times. VERY ANNOYING!!!!!
They don't call it Forest Hill for nothing.
If you're not in the fairway you are almost guaranteed to have some sort of uneven lie on the side of a hill. The course is in great condition however my skills are not. I have been spoiled by other "flatter" courses in the area. This was a humbling challenge that I'll gladly take on again soon. Greens were excellent and from where I was standing in the rough the fairways looked pretty good too. It's a little outside of town but worth the drive.
