Chapel Hill Golf Course
About
Located just northeast of Columbus, Chapel Hill Golf Course has a central location that makes it easily accessible. Its affordable rates make it doubly appealing. The course was designed with players of all skill levels in mind with four sets of tees and some fairways that are open and others that are carved from the forests. The layout tumbles across rolling hills that provide interesting elevation changes and scenic views of the surrounding countryside. There are water hazards coming into play on seven holes. There are some notably challenging holes including the par-4 ninth, but the seventh and 11th are the golf course's signature holes. Built on the site of the former Mount Vernon Bible College, the old chapel now provides a unique clubhouse for the course.

Well worth the drive from Columbus!
Chapel Hill Golf Club is fun test of golf that allows you to hit every club in the bag due to the extreme elevation changes. Course was well-manicured and the greens rolled true. Extreme value for the $$. Well worth the early morning drive from CBus.
Beautiful course
The reason I wouldn’t recommend this course is the way I was treated.. I arrived 1 hr early because they had a driving range. I asked the gentleman at the desk if he thought the tee times were good. He said they had an outing and they would not be early. He was nice and professional. Went to the driving range. Came back 15 minutes before my tee time. I noticed the outing was over and they were letting people on the course. An older man was at the desk. He said since I was a golf now player. He didn’t have a fit for at least 1/2 hour after my tee time. And since I was a golf now player I would have to put up with it. I didn’t ask early. Just somewhat close to my tee time.
Worth. The. Trip.
Absolutely love this course. They take wonderful care of it, and the layout will have you reaching for every club in your bag. The conditions when I played were awesome. The rough is actually rough, which is great since it feels like most courses cut it so short these days. The GPS system on the carts is pretty nice considering you normally don't see this feature on courses paying less than $60/round. It's a bit of a drive from Columbus, but definitely worth the trip.
Challenging but fun
Being patient on the front is rewarded with plenty of scoring chances on the back. Risk/reward hitting driver on shorter par 4s.
Great course
Hidden gem and worth the drive. Nice people who run the place and try to keep pace of play. Might be the best value around. I will be back for sure!
Overall the course was very nice and in great shape
Super deal thru golf now
Cart paths however were in horrible shape

The staff was very helpful from the time I walked in the clubhouse. I was a single and they worked it out to where I went off the back so I didn’t have to be behind many groups. The course itself is in excellent shape. The fairways were in great shape and the greens rolled true. I highly recommend you try this course. I promise you’ll be back.
Excellent Course
Great course with great scenery. First time playing. Great value. Paid 35 dollars for 18 at 8 am. Golf carts have touch screen range finders with built in blue tooth. Very nice
Great Place to Play
Always a fun golf course! Lots of fun shots to play. We like to go there often even though it’s an hour drive.
Great course with GPS
This course is in great condition for March in Ohio. Mowed greens are rolling nice! Well maintained layout.
