Chapel Hill Golf Course
About
Located just northeast of Columbus, Chapel Hill Golf Course has a central location that makes it easily accessible. Its affordable rates make it doubly appealing. The course was designed with players of all skill levels in mind with four sets of tees and some fairways that are open and others that are carved from the forests. The layout tumbles across rolling hills that provide interesting elevation changes and scenic views of the surrounding countryside. There are water hazards coming into play on seven holes. There are some notably challenging holes including the par-4 ninth, but the seventh and 11th are the golf course's signature holes. Built on the site of the former Mount Vernon Bible College, the old chapel now provides a unique clubhouse for the course.

A Hidden Gem near Mt. Vernon
Greens in amazing condition!
Great value and beautiful course. Will definitely play again and highly recommend to others. Really enjoyed the GPS feature on carts.
A good buy.
This is a fine course, and the hot deal made it even better. The course is in good shape, although some of the greens were recently aerated, and therefore slow. It rained through most of the round, but the course still played well. The pace started out fast, but slowed considerably on the back nine; still finished in 3 1/2 hours.
course in good shape but the greens were recently aerated so some of them were bumpy.
Very Nice
Course was in great shape. Staff was very friendly. Ordered some pulled pork sandwiches and was very good
Hidden Gem
Great course tucked away in the rolling meadows of Knox County. I've played here multiple times and have never been disappointed. Staff is friendly, course is in great shape, pace of play is always good, greens roll true, and the value can't be beat.
GPS, new carts, a decent pro shop, and a very good selection of food will help you get through the day. Try the Jerk Pork and Red Potatoes if you're going to grab a bite to eat there.
Nice place and would definitely recommend.
Excellent
Course was in excellent shape. Tee'd off at 11:50 on a Tuesday and had no one in front of or behind us. Highly recommend.
Need a Ranger
Course, greens and staff outstanding. Greens were quick but ran true.
They had a five some that caused the back nine to take 2 hrs and 45 minutes. I think they were suppose to be playing best ball, but they must have not gotten the memo. They didn't even look back to allow us to play through.
Again the course, greens and staff were outstanding.
Didn't like a Golf Now User
The attitude of the guy behind the counter put a damper on my experience here. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if he just didn't appreciate someone who booked a Time using Golf Now.
a slice of heaven
I played last year at the recommendation from a friend. Beautiful course. Not too easy and not too difficult. Took my son this time and he was greatly impressed. For me it is an hour drive and very much worth it. If you have time, stop in to Mudflats Bar and Grill in Galena if heading back west of the course. Great place. I look forward to another trip or two to the Chapel Hill GC this year.
Excellent Course! Immaculate Condition!
Course is in pristine condition. Staff is amazing. My husband and I love this place!
Great bang for the buck!!
Dynamite value! Excellent pace of play, short 30 min drive from Westerville. Open off the tee, approachable fast greens. Lots of fun holes!
Wet
Nice layout over hilly terrain. Kind of surprised it was so wet for the amount of rain we have had lately - cart path only on many holes. Very unusual and kind of fun (not for walkers) that this course is spread out over 2 different pieces of real estate. Good value with the "Hot Buy".
What a great time
Buddy and I had a tee time early and was 28° And still let us out. Time we got done we was just getting warm up and decided to play 18 more. For 36 holes and food couldn't play some courses for that price. Had a great time and will be back to do it again in the future. Chapel Hill is a great courses to play and I would recommend it to anyone.
Great shape for February
Playing golf in central Ohio in February us a bonus! Playing a course that is in good shape and "mowed" greens is icing on cake.
Good job!
Great course
Staff is great and the course is always in great shape. We played in January and they were even cutting he greens! I try and play this course a few times a season even with a 40 min drive it's worth it.
Good course
I didn't finish 18, but only stopped at 6 due to have to go back work and too crowded people as everyone trying to play at the last sunny before the snow comes. Luckly I got the deal with only $14 for 18 holes so didnt lost much. But the course layout is good and the green was very nice! Will play again for sure.
