The 14th - a nice short par 3 with a tricky green. Photo submitted by GolferJake78 on 03/01/2019

The 17th - probably my favorite hole on the course. Photo submitted by GolferJake78 on 03/01/2019
Fun walking course
Nice course to walk. The greens have enough to make you worried if you miss on the wrong side. Green speed was not bad and always great to play golf in December.
Nice inexpensive course
It was not too difficult but definitely a fun play. It was very walkable. I got out very early and had the course to myself for most of the round. I would play again.
Good pace of play. COVID-19 precautions very good.
Course is in good shape for time of year. Lots of play, tee boxes show it. Greens are typical NOVA, many players don't fix ball marks. I was paired with guy from California and he commented "Wow, you guys don't fix your ball marks do you?" Come on players, let's take care of the greens we love to play on.
Great Course
This course is a GEM. It is very well maintained and enjoyable to play. I haven’t been here in over a year and that is a mistake on my part.
Really good value at a muni course, ~40 min from DC
Greens were tough but fair. More undulating than most munis in the DC area. Pace of play was slow and we teed off at 7:30 am, but still took 4.5 hours. Course was in great condition.
Perfect Fall Morning Round
This course is in great shape for a public course. Low lying areas were a bit soggy from rain three days ago and a few of the greens were cluttered with leaves but firm and well drained. Forgiving course, interesting pin placements, fun round enjoyed by all.
Herndon Centennial
Great city course. A little on the short side but fun to play and a pleasure to walk. Keep the ball in play, the rough will kill you.
Great value, slow round without marshalls
So the course was in great shape and it was challenging for me (not saying a lot there). The group in front of us was playing really slow. Took us 5 hours to do 18. Course marshalls might have made this better. Still worth it if this was a fluke.
