South Riding Golf Club

They are charging $90 and this course is in the worse shape that I've seen in years (especially in early June). It looks like it is mid-august already and there are a lot of bald area.

I like the course, but the condition leaves a lot to be desired. The tee boxes were in especially poor condition. The divots on the tee boxes made it challenging to find good footing for my tee shots.

Cart paths were an obstacle course for dodging holes. In need of repair for sure...

two people who wear green shirts, starters were great. they were kind and had good manners. I will come back to south riding again!!! as the golf courses were great for beginners and intermediate levels.

Thaw course is in good condition. The tee boxes just need a little grooming and the cart path needs repaired. Overall, a nice course to play at. Definitely play it again.

We passed over one hole , because forward of us golfer was played very slowly. 4 holes of front of them is emptyed.

Any stuffs don't care of that.

Played here many times but this is the first time ever that the greens were in great shape, running pure and fast, similar to high-end country clubs around the area. Tee boxes were beaten up and patchy as they should be like every other public course. Will probably randomly go back and play this course throughout the year. If the greens stay consistent and pure like this, I would consider hard quitting my local country club and joining here instead.

Seems like every hole was on a 45 degree angle hill. Made the game very frustrating when you miss the putt by a little, and where most courses it would stop after a foot, South Riding greens rolled for 10+ feet because of holes being on steep slopes... My group won't be playing there again.

Winter golf is always a challenge. But we endured and had a good time. I can only imagine how nice this course is in the summer. Only complaint was the driving range wasn't opened. Our group showed up early to warm up on the range only to find out it was closed. The staff allowed us tee off early so we weren't waiting around for an hour. A big plus! We used military tee times to book and saved 15%.

I thought the staff was very friendly, and the course was in good shape. Unfortunately, none of the tee boxes were marked with any type of marking, indicating which tees were which tees so we had to get up and drive to each tee box to see if we were playing from the right tees boxes that we were on the club level tees so we were driving backward and forward on a lot of holes because we were guessing. Please put out some markers to assist with this.
