Good conditions but no Marshall to monitor slow play . Otherwise, good.

Greens were in good shape, but slow. Fairways were in reasonable shape. Tees were awful.

Slightly overpriced but in very good condition and a decent layout.

This golf course is immaculate! The fairway is like carpet and the greens are the best I’ve ever played on! This course is absolutely beautiful! My brother and I play here frequently because this is our favorite golf course and is the best in Virginia to play at…. Check out their Awesome reviews they speak for themselves! I always look forward to a round of golf at this course because Troy Thorne, the golf pro here is absolutely wonderful! The lessons he gives are the best and honestly if you need a good golf pro to give you lessons it would be Troy!I Troy and all of his staff at this golf shop is amazing including Calvin who has been here for years and everyone else is so friendly. They are amazing and the best ever when it comes to service! I also wanted to mention the restaurant…. We love this restaurant and I must tell you that Nancy is always there when we play at this course, she is so nice and always goes above and beyond for everyone that comes into the restaurant! Her service with a smile along with the awesome food is a real plus for this golf course as well we love the restaurant and the golf course! Thank you to Troy and his team and the restaurant staff… for doing an awesome job and always being there to make sure your customers are happy! We look forward to seeing you again real soon! Hobbs Hole GC always guarantees a good time. The course was in very good condition, considering the amount of rain over the past week. Greens & fairways are in excellent shape. Bunker could use some TLC, but rain was the culprit there. The staff is always friendly and make you feel at home. Always enjoy playing there and will certainly return, even though it is a 1 1/2 hour drive. Worth the effort

I live an hour and a half away but I try to play this course at least once a month. It never disappoints. From the staff, to the carts, to the course....all are 5 Star rated. Greens are fantastic, fairways are a lot better than courses priced much higher. Always a great time...never disappointing. Highly recommend this course.

As always I had a great day on this course. Greens toll true and fast, the entire course is well cared for.

My reviews have stayed the exact same since my first review years ago. The staff could not be more pleasant and makes you feel welcome. The practice facilities are excellent as is the entire condition of the golf course. It is always in outstanding playing condition from tee to fairway to bunkers and greens.

I am so happy to tell you how wonderful this golf course is! I play at this golf course often because it is absolutely the best golf course in the state of Virginia! They take care of this course and it’s immaculate! I feel like I’m hitting off of carpet when I’m in the fairway not to mention how nice the greens are! I had the wonderful opportunity, once again playing at this beautiful golf course! It’s understandable why they are rated so one of the best courses in VA! This course is immaculate! I honestly felt like I was playing on carpet in the fairway and the greens were the best I’ve ever played on! This course is definitely my favorite!
