About
Auburn Golf Course sprawls across the rolling hills that run alongside the Green River. Originally built in 1948, the course was bought by city of Auburn, Wash. in 1968. The course has gone through major renovations in recent years including the reconstruction of nine fairways, 15 greens, and 17 tee boxes. The layout sprawls across more than 150 acres of lush hillsides, offering scenic views throughout. The golf course has a classic design with 20 bunkers strategically placed throughout as well as two ponds and a waterfall that come into play. Though you will face a variety of different lies that to the undulating landscape, there aren't any blind shots to contend with. Auburn Golf Course combines challenging elements with playability, making it a course that appeals to players of all skill levels.

Soaked fairways
Great rate but the fairways were so saturated that it was often difficult to not get mud all over you after a shot. Sort of dumb pairings. Let a group of five walking go ahead of our twosome. Put us with another twosome with a cart which was ok but then didn't put two twosomes with a cart behind us together. Result was waiting for front being pushed from behind.
Nice day to play
Course was in decent condition considering the time of year. Wouldn’t hesitate to play there again soon.
Super Professional Staff
Shop staff very friendly and professional. We showed up early ans were able to tee off when we were ready. They were definitely courteous, bringing customer service to a new level. Though the course was a little soggy, my overall experience was very positive and would definitely recommend the course to my friends and co-workers.
Improving all the time.
I have played this course since 1980.It has come a long way from when it was family owned.Front nine was still a little too wet.Greens were in good shape;too bad people won't fix ball marks.My only complaint is slow play here.12 holes are flat,and hard to lose the ball.Yet you seem to wait on every shot.I would play here much more,if not for the slow play.8 minutes between tee times,is not working,never has here.
Awesome
Wow! The greens were amazingly quick for this time of the year. 3-putted 5 holes due to the fast pace but I loved it. I knew putting would be a prob after only playing once in the last month so it was ok. Still little slushy in some places but it was great overall.
Friendly staff and great winter conditions
The course is one of the best in the area for winter golf. Still get a bounce on most fairways and the greens are still in great condition.
Wet Fairway, Good Green
Greens are in good condition but the fairway is real wet, balls plug into the mud very easy.
Wet but great
Very impressed by how the course played out with all the water. Greens were in great shape. The sun even came out for a while. Only minus was they were spraying the greens in the front. Other than that, had a great round.
Good winter round, a little too soggy
Good round for end of January, some courses just drain better than others and this is not one of them. Greens were impressively quick, tournament in the morning had them in good shape. Soaked socks and shoes by 10th hole.
First time
What a great value. Course was in great shape for the middle of winter and the greens are the best around. Highly recommend this place
Fun Course
Great weather only a little muddy from previous rain
Conditions
Course is reasonable in summer, so wet the rest of the time I refuse to play it before June. Investing in the course drainage would go a long way to improve the course. See you in June!
Fun course
The course was very wet from rain, but was ver well designed with some memorable holes. Would definitely play it again.
Great Course / Great Staff / Great Restaurant
Course is in excellent condition / holes are challenging but very fair and allow for forgiveness. What is also notable about this course is the excellent food ---- I have always been very pleased with the quality. Moreover, wonderful staff in both the club house and restaurant. Probably my favorite course.
I am a senior and the rates for play are way too high to play during peak season. Senior with a cart and tgax around $45.
Greens were great, fairways cut great. Sunny day with good friends.
