First time playing course and enjoyed the course. Pace of play was great. Want to play it again

I like playing Allenmore because its 10 mins from home. My overall experience was good, they have newer golf carts which are great too. My only small complaint would be that we played behind a group of 5 which slowed play a bit. Greens were a little slow because of a light layer sand, they should be prefect for this coming weekend! I plan playing here a couple times month.

Good course, lots of variety. Well kept. Great pace of play.

Friends and I were in town to watch the US Open at Chambers Bay, most courses were booked solid months in advance, we were lucky to get a tee time at Allenmore on a days notice at an amazing rate through GN. Clubhouse was nice, range was short, but perfect for a quick warmup. Good selection of food and Bev in the clubhouse and on the course. Course played Well, not super long but definitely some challenging holes. This was likely the only course in Tacoma that didn't jack their rates up for the US Open. Recommended if you're in the area.

Considering other options in Pierce, South Kind, and Thurston County I find Allenmoore to be a really good Value.

We had played this course many years ago and it has improved greatly since then. It is a fun course and well maintained.

The course was in good condition, only issue we had was they sent 2 groups in front of us on the back nine. Other than that it was a good time.

A very nice layout with easy access from the freeways. A nice pace of play. Really big hitters might think this is too short, but it sets up for an enjoyable round of golf for the mid-handicapper. I'm definitely returning for many more rounds.

Greens very hard and fast balls would no grab or hold on greens.

Very nice course with some tight driving holes. The par 5's are reachable in two if you hit the fairways but stray right or left & you may struggle to make par. I found the greens to be a little inconsistent and slow. I would defiantly play here again.

Best defense in this course is the killer greens.
Beautiful course and a great value.

This is the type of course where the long hitter can thrive. (drove two par 4's ) If you can putt then low scores will follow (7 birdies) Although the course is short, there is plenty of trouble (lots of OB, some sand, water, trees, doglegs) During the afternoon it is slow but with early tee times one can zip right through.(four of us played in less than three hours with carts.) This is a fun course and reasonably priced. Check out golfnow.com, coupons, twilight, or specials and you can include range balls before or after the round. New proshop; nice carts, driving range and putting green, plenty of parking, restaurant on premises, lots of tournaments scheduled on bulletin board for local courses.
Be forewarned there are plenty of beginners who like to play this course. ( meaning there will be some stray flying golf balls) see you there.

The course was well maintained. The power carts were in top condition, quiet with fully charged battery and very clean. The course is suitable for golfers who wants to enjoy the outing and have a decent score. If you want to play a challenging course, this is not for you

weather was a bit iffy, but caught it just right. Course was wide open and was paired with a good partner.

Played with my 3 sons. Had a great time. Course in great shape.

Found a golfnow deal for $12, and it was a great deal. Course is well manicured from tee to green for a muni, though the greens were extremely slow. Course is short, but great spot to work on placing the ball. Played with 3 others in 3 1/2 hours.

Staff very friendly, never felt rushed even though course was packed.
