Allenmore Golf Course

Course was wet & muddy. Maybe that is why the fairways looked like roughs. Pace of play was extremely slow.

We had a great time golfing. Golf Now made the experience very easy. The system paired us up
and it was seamless from booking, to the pro shop, to the first tee box. I'd use the service again. Rates are great!

Love the layout .. But very bad drainage .. Super muddy and soft in the winter . Bring your mud boots.. Summer here is great though !!!

Whomever runs this course is spending more time and money on the looks of the clubhouse, and leaving the course alone. I was lucky to find balls that just missed fairways and greens due to the soft ground that ate them up. I don't complain about wet conditions in Western Washington, but i see nothing being done to alleviate the muddy conditions around greens and between fairways.

Course in surprisingly good condition for the middle of January. Great clubhouse. Nice upgrade on the 10th tee box and fairways in good condition; ditto greens; again for the middle of January following some heavy rains and storms.. Course seems to get a lot of play and can get a little slow on back nine for some unknown reason. But, overall, a nice track for the winter season.

Typical for January, the fairways were soggy in places and therefore the coarse played longer than spring or summer. Cart path only is inconvenient, but necessary this time of year. The greens were amazingly good. The guy in the clubhouse was "golden"!

The greens where amazing...the only issue was the course in many spots was mushy due to the recent rain ....pour drainage....I lost 3 balls that plugged never to be found...I still highly recommend this course and will definitely play it again

For just having rain in the morning before, this course was in great shape. Did not have any plugged balls in the ground which means course has great drainage. This is good to know in this type of climate. Very happy.

This little gem is a quick drive from anywhere in Tacoma and has always been a great course but in the last year it has been improved even more...

A good test. No flat lies to speak of anywhere except dead center on some fairways. Good pace of play with an attentative Marshall on patrol. When available I play from "Senior" tees, between white and red. Here I played from the back of the reds while my wife played from the front. While it's not real long the course is always interesting with uphill, down hill, side hill lies and shots through the trees plus tricky greens. We'll be back.

Excellent day, I was impressed by the condition of the course, especially for how much play it must get....the greens had been punched about 4 weeks prior to my round and they were rolling true and fast. This is not a long course, but you'll use every club in your bag. The par 3s are excellent. I'll be back now that I know where to, or not to hit my ball on certain holes.

Overall I liked the course and amenities. As a new golfer, I think that this course could use a better posting of " house rules". My self and a friend were paired with two others for a walking foursome and there were several sets in front of us. Unfortunately the group behind us was in carts and hit into us three times without a customary hazard call. We couldn't play faster without risking the same, but I think our "friends to the rear" could have asked to play through or asked a Marshall to let them hold off. Luckily we got to eighteen before it became an issue again and I could leave. I noticed the course was much less cramped between groups at noon. IF I return it will only be afternoon to avoid those golfers that lack respect.

Good challenge for the golfer. Course was in good shape. Challenging greens.

Course (holes) get backed up more than used to. Marshall's need to speed play up.

All good except for the practice putting green and the attitude of the Bob in the clubhouse.

The weather was poor, but the course remained solid. Of course after walking 17 holes, the walk up to the 18th hole is extremely challenging. They use to have a rope pull, but for some reason they haven't maintained it, which I'm a bit sour about, as I have found other walkers upset about equally. But, still, it is a very well maintained course. The sand traps have adequate sand with no pebbles. The greens generally are wide, and fast, except when wet. The fairways are cut evenly, and short. I like this course, but I don't like the hike to the 18th Tee box. I'm dead by the time I arrive.

Course was in good condition with fast greens. Recently remodeled clubhouse is in great with clean facilities. Course design is good for beginner golfers.

Overall, a really nice day on the course. Since I'm from Phoenix, the scenery was wonderful. Beautiful trees.......

Paid $20 after 2pm, no one in front of me, got done in 2 1/2 hours.. Recommended
