Absolutely love this course!
The owner and his staff take excellent care of this course! I love the layout. Great for all levels!
Beware: Mondays and Thursdays they have a members scramble. The GolfNow tee time is right in the middle of the turn. I’ve never had an issue while on the course, but one gentlemen in the clubhouse really stresses. I personally will not be booking on those days again. Absolutely love the course though and will be returning many more times!
GREAT COURSE
The only drawback was the slow greens. They were a lil fuzzy but in great shape!
Great value!
This course has a lot of character with challenging holes and elevation changes. Overall good condition with beautiful views and staff was very friendly. Definitely worth the trip.
Bumpy greens
Greens recently aerated and very bumpy to putt on. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Amazing course
Fountain Springs Golf Course has become even more amazing with the Newberrys as the new owners. Their dedication and hard work have transformed the course into a golfer's paradise. From pristine fairways to breathtaking views, every aspect of this course is a testament to their exceptional management skills.
Fine course
I have played this course a lot this year. I always enjoy my round. Since the new owners have taken over it has improved dramatically. They layout can be challenging but with some patience you can score well. The course is in really good shape and when they redo the bunkers it will be top notch! I play here 3-4 times a month.
Great course
Tees, greens and fairways were in great shape. Course was challenging but not ridiculous. Would suggest sand dispensers at all tees to facilitate tee box repair.. I come from flat land so the cart was appreciated as it is a hilly course. A few additional direction signs to get from green to next tee would be helpful. Will definitely play the course again the next time we’re in the area.
Few Flaws
A 4 some ahead of us 2 was very slow and flailed to let us go ahead, also maintenance worker picked up our ball and left with it
Great Local Course
Always a pleasant experience playing Fountain Springs. BEST course in the state for children. Very friendly and playable. My sons fav place to play. Excellent value. Especially during the week.
