Bright, cold and windy.
Bright, cold and very windy but played to just about a three hour round.
Great Course
Probably the best course in Bucks County! Fair price! I play here often.
Fun Course
One of my favorite layouts in the Philly/South Jersey area. Straight but undulating fairways, couple of difficult uphill approaches, and an overall nice walk. Always see keepers out mowing, fixing rough patches , and blowing leaves. Excited to see how the course looks during the warmer seasons next year.
Pace of play
I played a 4 hr 15 min round but only got 15 holes in before the darkness. Pace of play was horrible... also get somebody out there on the leaves jeeeze I know it’s fall but cmon
Well kept, especially during fall
We hit the driving range before tee time and got yelled at by the ball-picker who thought we were aiming at him...? It discouraged a brand new player from hitting anymore balls.
The course is a nice layout. Greens and traps were very well maintained. Pace was very slow for a Monday afternoon. Overall, will come back again but maybe not for the driving range.

It has been better
I played this course about a little over a month ago and the conditions were better then. The main issue was the greens. A lot of dirt/brown grass areas that were aerated. Pace of play was good. Staff was friendly and provided a Veteran's discount. Price was good as well.
Bad greens
Not sure whats going on this season, course greens are beat up pretty bad. - Course is typically not ever in bad shape
Always a great course
Overall the staff does a great job of keeping the course and play top notch. Some greens were a little weather worn, but with the recent storms its understandable... Always look forward to swinging 18 here!
Course conditions couldn’t be worse
I’ve played here probably 5-10xs. It’s normally in good shape. The course was in the worst condition I’ve ever seen. To charge $60 for the course today was highway robbery. Also, half the holes the white tees were moved to the seniors spot making a short course even shorter. The pace of play was terrible. 5 hours to finish this round with a 2some in front of us. We were a 3some. Overall horrific experience
