Stay out of the Mud bunkers

Played this course before mainly for convenience. It's a nice layout Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pace of play can be slow at times with senior walkers, but not too bad.

Tee boxes are OK but could be better fairways have several spots of ground under repair or just plain dirt.

Green are OK some do need work but puttable.

Bunkers are horrible don't even call them sand traps, regulars just pull their ball out of the bunker because they know it's that bad. There are a few good Sand traps close to the clubhouse but not the back traps.

Stay out of the bunkers and you'll enjoy your round more.

I choose a very hot day and time to play Wildhorse, but I always enjoy my golf there. The staff is very friendly and accomodating.

Needs some water...

The course is in need of some water on the fairways. They are watering around the green, but the fairways are hard and dry in a lot of places. The greens are in very good shape. Very true. Worth playing with some long and short holes.
