About
Originally opened in 1929 as the Waterford Woods Golf Course, the club reemerged in 2008 as the Rivermoor Golf Club. Along with its new name, the club also revealed improvements to the playability and condition of the 18-hole course. The design of the golf course was largely determined by the scenic topography, which is covered with mature trees and dotted with ponds. There are also a few streams that meander across the landscape. Rivermoor Golf Club is a proud member of the Audubon Sanctuary System. Beyond providing a secluded setting and great scenery, the terrain also makes for a challenging round. The trees frame most of the holes and water hazards come into play on a few holes. There are also strategically placed bunkers with which to contend.

Got behind the HS golf team
Got what I thought was a great deal, but it was behind the Waterford HS golf team. Painful.
Clubhouse or restaurant has a septic system issue, so the area smelled like outhouse.
Very nice course overall
I have been going to this course for awhile now, and overall it's a very nice course. Affordable, well kept fairway and greens, also very friendly staff
Early season conditions were beyond expectations !!
Nice layout. Excellent condition of the greens and the course in general. Kudos to the grounds crew for the superb spring condition of the course!! Outstanding. The 30 minute drive was worth it so much that we’re going back again tomorrow (bringing two more guys with us)! 🏌️♂️⛳️
Great Conditions for the Time of Year
Because of a fair amount of recent rain, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that they were allowing carts out today. We were even more surprised to see that there was no standing water on the course. The fairways, greens, and bunkers were all in great shape for being so early in the golf season. The Hot Deal price could also not be beat.
Nice course in good fall shape
Course has a nice layout and they did a nice job of have most of the leaves mulched op or blown out considering 2 heavy fall rain days before we played.
