Course conditions are good with no major issues. The greens are bumpy primarily because the local players don't fix ball marks. Tee boxes are well worn, but for the price, I don't expect perfection.

We had a great day. The course is fairly easy, but can play a little tougher if the wind is blowing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We played in about 4 hours on a Thursday afternoon...outstanding!

Play was unbelievably fast! Conditions are very good considering this is a Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation Golf Course. Proper safety precautions are being used to keep the spread of the covid-19 virus down. All in all highly recommended and very fun to play.

Staff was very confused today. Checked in on time and yet they had the group scheduled after us go ahead of us. That group was made up of 8 people. We let that group know and they were nice enough to let us play first. Later, some staffer or random guy says we’re holding up everyone when 1) we were the ones held up because of their mistake and 2) We had a hole between us and the group behind us by the 5th or 6th hole.

Still had fun but all that was unnecessary.

It's not really the course's fault, it's the beginner who thinks they can play the blue tee box, and slices every shot.

Arrived to the course for a 5:50 AM tee time to find out they were already 15 minutes and two groups behind schedule. Once we tee'd off the round went fairly smooth and we only had to wait at a few holes on the front nine for the groups in front of us. Course conditions were OK but could have been better. Greens were in good condition and running a little on the slow side. Overall round was good and will play there again.

Course condition was ok. Not great though. Weekday rate wasn’t bad, probably should’ve been a few bucks less, but it’s LA. Starter was nice enough. Pace of play was outstanding and I’d recommend the course based on that alone. No real complaints about the course.

The one thing that stood out though, was the zealous yet inconsistent enforcement of the LA corona rules. I know the course is following LAs dictums. But the individual who was apparently in charge of compliance there, at least he was the only one repeatedly shouting at people, seemed to really enjoy being able to yell at people. One of the guys we got paired with though, really nice guy, had no mask on, but happened to be 6’5” and was a big guy,, for some reason though despite a few opportunities the guy who was seconds before shouting at people who were 5.5’ apart, fell silent around the big guy. Also if you’re gonna be the zero tolerance type facility, maybe you should make sure there’s soap so one can wash their hands after using the restroom. Probably not the end of the world, but it’s always best to try to be consistent. Again I know they aren’t setting the rules, but if you’re gonna be a stickler, then be a stickler all the time. Not just when it’s convenient. Nice course though and if I was in the area again I’d certainly go back and play again.

It looks like most golfers are walking and of the seniors age. Waited almost 5 minutes between shots. No Marshall and the group in front of us had no concern or care to play ready golf or keep pace with the group in front of them. Even with 10 minute apart tee times we still had three groups on one hole.. don’t waste your time on this crap course. Players and staff weren’t friendly at all. Save your money

Not bad! I wish the rough was more consistent and greens were a bit faster. As it were, the course is ok and pace of play is great

I walked up to the clubhouse and told the man at the register I am checking in. He replied, "what does that mean?". I told him I paid online and now I'm checking in. He laughed at me and said,"you mean you have a tee time. Not checking in. Nobody says that". I told him that I understand but regardless I'm checking in. He kept correcting me. Obviously he knew exactly what I meant. No need to make people feel stupid. Last time I'll ever play here.
