From management to staff workers to ambassadors.
Rude and incompetent! Black older male that is a starter is super rude and Tom the manager needs to address that guy’s customer service skills. I’m not even going to go into detail besides that he literally mocks you as you check in, and if you get a golf now deal you’ll see what I mean when you get there and if you get that starter.
Ambassador tried kicking me out because he said no singles are allowed to play alone. And I told him that it was not my problem the tee time slots was not taken.
Aggressive Korean players behind me called the proshop on me stating that I went in front of them (considering I was a single) and the dumb Marshall/ambassador went after me vs trying to deescalate the situation with the other players.
This is a long story short. It was a mess, don’t go here unless you got a group of friends to back you up.
Tom the manager is killing the golf course. Joyce the previous manager was a great manager and she would always respond appreciatively. Thankfully she left of a real country club.
Wet and stinky
The course is very wet with mud in too many places. For somewhere hot, it’s seems they’re overwatering. Also, there are a handful of holes downwind of the lake and we were all gagging due to the smell. We almost skipped one hole due to the smell.
15-30 minute wait on every hole? Teetimes are 5 minutes apart = Ridiculous
The management here constantly runs out of carts because they OVERBOOK the course - Teetimes are spaced out 5 minutes apart and sometimes double book for the same times! Ridiculous pace of play and oh, the greens are overwatered and mushy + the fairways are like semi rough in many parts of the course. Avoid unless they get their act together
