Course layout is solid with a lot of dog legs. Conditions not great but greens weren’t bad. Very slow greens. Would recommend for the price

Wider fairways and friendly staff.

The staff is friendly and thats the only good thing I have to say

Close the course and put some money into it, tee boxes are horrible fairways and surrounding areas are destroyed not only by neglect but by the hundreds of sand cranes digging up the course

Bunkers, fringe and greens I have no words just to give you an idea of how bad it is we watched the grounds keeper stepping on the gas of the ball retriever and just ripping up the grass with spinning tires and didn’t even have a care in the world

Lastly asking for any price they should be ashamed

Equivalent to highlands reserve or providence. For half the money

Tee off boxes we’re not good and fare ways we’re below standard

Disappointing considering they told us it was improved

No Marshall controlling tee off times or slow play

Pace of play was brutal, over 5 hours for the round. Very friendly staff in the clubhouse shooting the breeze, and not one marshall to help speed up pace of play. Stop talking and maybe go for a spin once in a while. I realize we are just coming our of winter, course conditions were okay considering, but one tee box was like hitting out of a bunker (hole 3 I believe). Also, washroom out on the course was closed, and when we finished our round at about 6pm, everything was closed up, so not at all woman user friendly as both ladies in our foursome really had to go when the round was done but couldn't. If you are looking for a cheap round to get the winter rust off, and okay with waiting at least 5 minutes at each tee box, this course will do.

We played the front nine in about 3 hours. Given the wait on number 10 tee block we turned around and replayed the front nine with no one in front of us in 90 minutes. We finished at 5pm to find out the clubhouse was closed and bathrooms were not accessible. We asked a cart attendant who advised it was all locked up. We were not the only ones looking to use the facilities after their round..

Layout is not at all good for those playing g for first time. Tee boxes are 100% worn down to sand and all greens have tracks in them. Fairways are like playing from concrete. Not a good experience here

Our tee time was greeted with a shortage of power carts then when we reached the starter we found 3 groups of 4 waiting ahead of us which equated to a 5 1/2 hour round

The course itself is is barely a golf course

Most tee blocks were sand with grassy patches, the fairways were mostly dead grass and hard packed dirt making it difficult to find a spot to hit from

Most of the greens were the same with the exception of a couple that were “ok” at best which gave the illusion that the course could be good with more maintenance

The layout itself was very nice leaving the impression it had been a nice course at some point in the past.

This was really a great layout when first built. Like so many golf communities though, once the developer had sold all the housing lots, the course was left to decay. I've seen this all over Florida and it's so sad. You can see the designer's vision but it's now nearly gone due to lack of funds to maintain the course. It's worth $50 just to see the layout, but it's close to unplayable in its current state.

Pace of play was brutal almost 3 hours to play 9 holes. The course is in horrible condition fairways you can barely tell what is a fairway not worth the money here better options available.

Course was in poor condition. Hard to tell the fairways from the rough. Greens well mostly rough.

Staff were pleasant

Some much nicer course for similar money.

The fair ways and greens where as hard as concrete and the greens where not green
