About
Hibiscus Golf Club is one of the few 18-hole courses in Naples that are open to the public. The course is player enough for beginners and while it may not be what you're looking for if you're in search of a formidable test, it's good for some casual practice for the more advanced player. The layout balances player-friendly, wide fairways with greens that are guarded by strategically placed bunkers. There is a series of lakes and streams throughout the golf course that come into play on nearly every hole. The golf course has seen several improvements since it first opened in 1969, especially after it was badly damaged from a hurricane. More than 200 trees were added as well as 1,200 grasses and shrubs. Hibiscus Golf Club also has a driving range and putting green.

Getting better all the time
I have played Hibiscus for years when down in Naples. The layout is very good and I feel challenged from the blue tees. The course has done a lot of work to improve the tee boxes and the greens are in the best shape I have ever seen them. Greens roll well and hold well.
Time for a face lift
Understand that the course will be closing in a few months for a renovation. Definitely needs it! Lots of weeds on fairways, traps & greens have been abused.
But Naples only has two premium public golf courses.
Hibiscus is an okay value. You get what you pay for — Hibiscus currently is caught between a rock & a hard place.
The restaurant is an excellent value. Quality food at decent prices & a friendly staff.

Decent shape compared to other courses that allow public play. Closing 4/1 for improvements- shows they want to get better!

Course layout was very nice. And the greens were in great condition. Fairways were pretty full of grass The tees were a little rough but all in all not a bad course the cost was high but not out of line for the season
