Hibiscus Golf Club
About
Hibiscus Golf Club is one of the few 18-hole courses in Naples that are open to the public. The course is player enough for beginners and while it may not be what you're looking for if you're in search of a formidable test, it's good for some casual practice for the more advanced player. The layout balances player-friendly, wide fairways with greens that are guarded by strategically placed bunkers. There is a series of lakes and streams throughout the golf course that come into play on nearly every hole. The golf course has seen several improvements since it first opened in 1969, especially after it was badly damaged from a hurricane. More than 200 trees were added as well as 1,200 grasses and shrubs. Hibiscus Golf Club also has a driving range and putting green.

Course didn’t provide hydration station
First course I’ve played where they didn’t provide cups for water. Ice machine and water dispenser but nothing to put it in.
Briefly in town
The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate.
Thank you.
Great upgrade
Fairways were restored recently- very well done.
Risk reward challenges everyone.
Very friendly!
No better just more expensive
Even after closing the course and re- grassing, the conditions are terrible. Poor grass conditions, lots of bare spots, weeds and disease. The greens are slow but not as slow as the pace of play. Marshall's are focused on overall
Time instead of keeping pace with the group in front.
The group in front of us had a two hole space between them.
Total greens fee is over $200.
Hibiscus used to be a good value. Not anymore. I'm done playing there.
The course is beat up, there’s no grass on the fairways, golfers are jerks that don’t fix divot's, so the greens are starting to be rough. I play there regularly, but only because it is convenient. Overpriced.
The staff is great, the starter David is great, always helpful, Stephen who checks your bags in exceptional, Cart ladies, the best. Bar and restaurant, very good.
Nice Layout. Beware slow greens.
Nice layout. Friendly staff. Great pace of play for foursome. Good course conditions unless you're used to reasonably fast greens. Greens were very lush and extremely slow!
Best Public Course
Trying to find a great public course in Florida is really hard!! Came from a very nice Country Club in Michigan. Didn’t want to pay 255 or above all the time to play golf! Hibiscus met the standards we were hoping for! Nice layout! Friendly play but with its challenges! Staff/starter were great and super professional!! Pace of play was good which is extremely important at a public course! Has a decent bar to get drinks and snacks/food!! Would highly recommend this golf course in this area for the money!!
Hibiscus
The course was in fair condition, greens were in ok shape, fairways not great. Played at a lot better for less.
Greens Fee What?
Good staff Greens were very slow. Grass conditions on fairways and tees improved but chipping areas barely grass Pace usually good.
Main concern - that an average course could actually get $179 greens fees. Naples area just isn’t a great place for reasonably priced public golf. It’s
borderline silly.
