Need SAND and a good GROOMING as far as the BUNKERS maintenance.. Only blemish on a great Golf Course !!

Decent greens
Grabbed a cart and noticed it was filthy and asked did I get the right cart because I was worried if it could make it . Was told sarcastically we'll get someone to clean it and went to the 1st. tee at my 3pm tee time and found a threesome and no starter. Even tho they had the same tee time they refused to play with me because they had a bet going so they let me play though.Everything was cut nice but with the dead and fallen trees and grass in the deep bunkers made for a strange day. Tough course from the unlevel blue tees but the greens were large and decent to putt but it was obvious with the lack of animals and the pond scum it was not maintained very well.

The course is a little beat up around the edges. But if you like the challenge of long fairways with grass on most of them and smooth greens, this place is worth your attention.

Rough.
Course has a solid layout but is lacking any kind of maintenance. I’m not sure the last time they changed the cups but the flags are falling off of the pins. Greens are super fluffy and running quite slow. Bunkers have little to no sand in them and teeboxes were shaggy.
