Beware Slow Players
Unfortunately there was a tournament type group in front of us (many foursomes) who slowed down everyone behind them. This is not normal here. Course in good shape as long as you stay in the fairways. Greens a little slow with their winter cut but rolling true.

Not a fun course, wet, not well maintained. Tee boxes were horrible. Not clear indicators of color of tee boxes or yardage. I would not play here again. I've played 200 different courses in past 4 years; this location was in my bottom 20. The clubhouse and golf shop were not welcoming. Clearly a 1980's course and housing development that has seen better days.

Getting much better
I have played this course about 10 times now. Every time I can see improvement with the condition of the course. Played 12/ 1 and it's the best I have seen it yet. They must have overseeded, and the greens and fairways are almost perfect. Keep up the great work. Great value course, great layout.

The greens were excellent, fairways good and bunkers and traps poor. Just stay out of the traps.

Better than expected
Course was very playable, rough was cut, greens were very good, only a few weeds, and bunkers not horrible but we moved the ball if we had a bad lie, would play again.
