Got as a hot deal. Got off early. Check in very

good. Carts very average. Tee boxes little uneven.

Keep it in the fairway as the rough is ROUGH!

Bunkers poor to average. Greens fine with true roll

and consistent from hole to hole.

The course has a great layout with some challenging holes, but conditions were not great. For example, the greens had a huge variation in speed from hole to hole. The chips were often raised, so your ball would veer off or stop right by the cup. Sand traps were hard packed. The rough had a lot of empty spaces so it was like hitting off the sand. Fairways were so-so. Some places were squishy and muddy. In other words: not well kept, and not worth the price they ask.

We got off late because they had no carts ready. When they finally had one, they did not sanitize or wipe down. No covid protocol in place. Very bad.

When we were done, the restrooms were locked up so you couldn't wash up. One man was going against a wall. Wow.

I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Great golf course. Very nice early season conditions. 18 holes in 3.5 hours. My favorite local course. It ain't easy - but it's great golf.

Played well greens are in good shape. Course has been watered and grass was in good shape.

The greens are well bunkered but fair. Be prepared to use all your clubs.

We went with friends and had a great experience. The course is well payed out and in excellent playing condition. The fairways had nice grass and the greens were quick but not too fast. We thoroughly enjoyed our day!

Enjoyed playing this course today for the very first time. It's one we will return to repeatedly. Walking into the club house to check in was not impressive, big room and check in was in the left corner, rest of room somewhat empty. BUT, was the last unimpressive thing we experienced today. Carts were new, got off the 1st tee before our designated tee time and the rest of the day was even better! Found the course in great shape with FW grass on all the holes and greens that rolled out and very smooth. They had great undulation and were sometimes tough to get to because of the bunkering and built up to make the shot into some of greens interesting challenging.

However we felt they were very fair and some quite challenging. All the holes were wide enough that one should not complain if you didn't hit them off the tee, although we did complain anyway. Pace of play was really good even though they were busy.

All in all this course was a "be back" to play. Make the drive to Ocala National, you will not be disappointed and the beauty of the course will keep you relaxed and thankful you played there.

But fairways are generous, Plenty of T box’s for all ages and abilities

The tee colors were and are very confusing....all SOLID ONE COLORS would really help

I played this course 6-8 weeks ago and the course was in OK shape. However, when I played this weekend it was in much better shape, probably due to spring.

It is a great layout and it's moderately well maintained. The practice facilities are average and could benefit from having a short game practice area.

It was a good value for the money, and the staff is very friendly.
