The greens were very fast and true. The course was in great shape

Good course, good conditions, great people!

Rain within the prior couple of days resulted in some soggy fairways but generally playable...for decent golfers (not me).

I want to compliment David Ladd, Director of Goilf at the Champions Club for his prompt reply to my initial review. I complained of slow play due to a Korn Ferry qualification tournament which only permitted me to play 9 holes instead of 18 holes that I paid for. He immediately reached out to me and personally apologized for the slow play. He also offered for me to play for free as his guest to make up for my disappointment in not being able to play 18 holes on that day. I appreciate his quick response to my review as well as his offer and look forward to playing more rounds at the Champions Club.

In my previous review I reported slow play on last round played due to Korn Ferry tournament scheduled on day of my tee time that resulted in only playing 9 holes instead of 18 holes paid for. I received a quick response to my review from David Ladd, Director of Golf, who apologized for the slow play and its impact on golfers who had schedule tee times that day. In response He informed me that he wanted to make good on the disappointing round and invited me to be his guest for a free round of golf at the Champions Club. I was surprised to receive the call from Mr. Ladd and very much appreciate hjs call and quick response to my review which made my day. I will definitely go back to Champions Club and play golf there in the future.

The guy at the bag drop was great. The golf course was really wet, but the course was fun. The greens were close to private club speed. Fairways were nice despite the saturation. I thought it was great!

We played this course after a moderate rain. Course had numerous ruts in fairway and rough areas left by golf carts and maintenance vehicles. The course should have been “cart path only” when we were there but management was implausibly OK with 90 degree rule but safe return routes back to the cart path we’re frequently hard to find. If you play here on a dry day you will enjoy it.

Very good layout, really nice staff. Course is coming along. Played behind a tournament, so can’t comment fairly on pace of play. Very good course for the money.

There was a tournament on the day we went so the pace was miserable but the course is so nice (although it was very wet), we will go back for sure!

There should have been a delay of about an hour before allowing tee-time following the tournament, would have been much nicerm it took 5 hours to play, which is too long, but still we will go back!

Pace of play was very slow. There was a Korn Ferry qualifying tournament taking place at the same time before our tee time. This allowed us to only play nine holes instead of 18 holes which I paid for.

The golf course was awesome. Conditions were good - Jan so grass was still dormant but very playable. Layout was awesome. Most holes the fairway opens up at the landing zone to catch drives. Good bunker placement to catch wayward shots but also to keep greens from giving away low scores. Beautiful scenery - very Floridian. Hard par 3s. Enough tight holes to make you think twice about 14 driver swings. Loved it.

The course was recovering from some rain so was a bit wet but the greens are in great shape - roll true and quick.
