The Champions Club at Summerfield

The layout is very fun. The course isn't particularly long but it offers plenty of trouble is you aren't reasonably straight off the tee. The greens are very challenging. They are quick with enough undulation to force you to think. Putting speed is very important on those greens.

I took my brother to play their to celebrate his birthday. We had a great time. We both found the course to be a challenge but fair and entertaining.

Greens were in great shape. The course is consistent year round.

nice practice area. really strange that folks did not clear their balls off practice green and had a lady crushing balls out of bunker towards practice green while many others were putting on the practice green, strange! Pace was pretty good but still waited on most every hole but one. Course was in okay shape but not flattering. Fairways inconsistent, rough around the green with unusual and untrimmed growth. Greens were overall pretty good shape, but crazy fast and like rocks, could not hold a shot. Cart girl was very pleasant.

The Champions Course is always fun to play. It's a great layout that goes off into the wilderness of the Atlantic ridge environment, It is always well maintained. Above all, the staff are great from the starter to the pro shop to the golf operations people everyone is friendly and very welcoming to this course. It is probably the best for golf in the area.

I played Champions Club about four years ago and was highly disappointed. Recently, I tried it again and was pleasantly surprised how much better it is. The greens are perfect. They rival private course greens. The tee boxes and fairways are average. There is still a lot of clover and sketchy grasses off the fairways and around the greens.

It looks like they are working hard to make the course better. Kudos to the superintendent.

Check was awesome by starter. In house was meh. The patrons were either uninformed or just did t care about other golfers. When you are done pitching , clean up your own balls, simple. Course was in reasonable shape but anything around the greens was inconsistent. Different grass profiles near most greens. Super trim or super shrubby, just guess. Hard to k so how each home would

Play, greens like rocks. Hit one club under and bounce your way all on way better. Trying to stick a green, forget it.

The course and staff are very nice. The layout is good with challenging holes.

Really look forward to playing this course when we are in Florida. Challenging with a beautiful landscape.
