About
The Champions Club at Summerfield is an 18-hole championship course ingeniously routed through a briny wetland three miles from the Atlantic. This Tom Fazio design meanders through natural marshes and vegetation. Its 6,800 yards from the tips and each hole features multiple tees for players of all skill level.
Summerfield has received a commendation from the Audubon Society. You will encounter plenty of birds and wild life at this environmentally sensitive course.

Great Course
The Ranger on that day is an Asset to the course...
Good experience
Champions is a fairly typical Florida public course, in pretty decent shape with all variety of people and a lot of opportunities to lose balls.
Great layout
Always enjoy playing this course it’s a great layout and enjoy the scenery, a great value
Beautiful Course
I love the layout of the course. Almost every hole is isolated from the other holes. Very picturesque.
A challenge
This course is always a challenge and maybe a little more so this trip because the fairways were soft. Some allowed a three foot bounce from the pitch mark and left some mud on the ball. Given my age the longer holes let me practice my short game. Enjoyed it and the players we played with on both rounds this year. I highly recommend this course.
NICE COURSE
1st time playing.From cold wester NC. Nice layout - not too much trouble. Did not use driving range. We were 2-some - paired up. Enjoyed the day. Would play course again.
Returned to play
The last time I played at Champions conditions were rather rough and did not do justice to the layout. It appears that a new Greenskeeper has turned the place. Fast greens and challlenging layout make this a great daily fee option. The staff is always helpful and I love that the club has retained a workingman’s vibe.
Worth the money
In Florida some courses overcharge for the value of the course because of tourism. Solid layout and conditions. Just made another tee time

Greens rolled fast, course us is really good shape, too bad it took 5.5 hours to play
Nice course
Played 3 days because of price and available tee times. Greens and traps were in great shape but fairways were a little rough. Pace was a little slow due I think because folks were playing tees they had no business playing. Staff very friendly. I would definitely play next visit.

First time playing the course and I am thoroughly impressed. Every hole stood alone …. My type of course. Great layout and the greens were fast, healthy and rolled true. Looking forward to playing this course again .
