Bloomingdale Golfers Club
About
Bloomingdale Golfers Club sits on 220 acres of natural terrain with 100-year-old oaks, natural marsh preserves teeming with wildlife, fields of flowers, and thirteen lakes. Here you'll find a true Golfers Club -- no pools, no tennis courts, just Florida Golf at its finest. Tree lined fairways, pampas grass, massive waste areas, deep grass bunkers and contoured greens tempt golfers to play a round. Golf Digest described Bloomingdale Golfers Club as having the best collection of par 5's on one golf course as they have seen. Bloomingdale, which has been ranked #9 in Florida by Golfweek Magazine, is dedicated to preserving the natural appeal of the land. Course residents include a bald eagle, several sandhill cranes, sixty species of semi-rare birds, and the ever-present raccoon...the course trademark.

S L O W & NO RANGER
4.25 hours to play 13 holes = 25% longer than average.
When you book they say 4 hours so at 20 mins a hole the y should say 6+ hours!!!
Reviews were......right, for STARTING on tee
Course was a super fun, challenging layout. However, I always avoided here due to the reviews. Course-wise, it was well worth the money. It was busy and although the "starter" checked us in...1st tee box was packed. Like 10 carts deep. All was said was "we will get it going sooner or later." Then, he left. Stayed up by pro shop. A group of 2 ahead of us had a random 2 some pair w them. We decided to move up to another 2some to pair ourselves w them. If we hadn't, they would've went 4some, 2some, 2some, 4some, 2some in front of us. Starter should plant themselves there and organize that chaos. Being said, we enjoyed our day at the Course. Had beer cart available and nice bar/grill. Very active driving range, putting greens, and chipping green.
Golf
Course was very well condition for the time of year staff very friendly pace of play was terrible over five hours, and didn’t get to finish the last three holes got dark
Pat
Course conditions are improving but pace of play is unacceptable. 6 hr rounds are simply not worth the green fees. No starter No rangers waited 15-20 mins on each tee box will not be returning anytime soon!
Terribly managed golf course
Overbooked golf course, took over 3:30 hours for the first nine holes. We finally gave up after nine holes so fed up of waiting. Every holes we were 3 foursomes and on the par 3 number 7 we had 5 foursomes. You can tell the management wants to book as many foursomes as possible every 6-7 minutes without even having a thought for the customer.
Too bad because they have a nice course the nicest staff that probably deal with a lot of unhappy customers all day…get rid of this terrible management that don’t give a hoot about the patrons
SLOWWWW pace of play
It was our first time playing here. It took us 5 hours to play the course. We had no ranger throughout the day, we were backed up, and to make matters worse, they had people starting on the 10th hole jumping right in front of us as we finished the 9th.
The course has potential, but management needs to step it up and address their pace of play problem. If you see a hundred of reviews complaining, perhaps it’s still to stop being cheap and hire a ranger or spread out your tee times.
Tests Every Club in Your Bag
Keep the driver in the bag. This course is lined with mature oak trees, doglegs and narrow fairways. It is a fair but challenging test of golf - if you make the right club decisions. The practice facility is impressive and the staff outstanding However, the on course restrooms are not female friendly. They could use a total makeover.
SLOW PACE and greeted with "we have no carts"
Book times were 1:15 to 5:15 at 5 PM we made it to the 14th tee. Never got to finish due to darkness. When arrived we were told they had no carts, first tee was backed up and there is no one who monitors the pace of play.
Pace of play terrible
We teed off about 30 minutes late because of a backup on #1 tee. There was a foursome in front of us, and then two twosomes between the foursome and us. Thes people should have been paired up together. Marshal was there but was doing nothing to keep pace. It took our group nearly 7 hours to play 18 holes.
Marshalls are Important!
2 players were allowed to jump in line , in the middle of our round, and start their round at hole #10.
Consequently, it took us over 2 and a half hours to play our back 9.
