Summerfield Crossings Golf Club
About
Summerfield Crossings Golf Club is a fun Scottish links style championship golf course designed by Ronald Garl. There are many moguls and palm trees that come into play throughout the course. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has wide, gently rolling fairways, but do not underestimate the challenge. You must keep the ball on target thanks to pot bunkers, waste areas and small, undulating greens. The signature hole is No. 6, a 171-yard, par 3 that calls for a carry over water to a small peninsula green. Summerfield Crossings Golf Club has a wide, gently rolling fairways.

Good condition / Good price. Need Rangers to get involved
Course was in good shape and price was very good. I like the course and have played it many times. There was a twosome two groups ahead of us that were very slow. We waited several minutes before every shot. There were rangers on the course, but they did nothing to speed these two up. The course was wide open ahead of them. Mind numbingly frustrating to sit behind this all day.

Course is in great condition! Beautiful practice facilities. Good deals on GolfNow
Great track
It’s a great track but the starter needs to find another job because his attitude is not the best. Really uncomfortable situation with the way he handled our start. To top off they did a shotgun start of more than 12 foursomes for a group on hole 14 two hours into our round which really messed up our rhythm and experience. Course is really well kept and worth visiting, they just need to look into who they have working there.
Old Hoosiers
Nice course ! Pace of play slow over 5 hours. Rangers would be helpful
Fun Day (If You Don't Care About the Score)
Played Summerfield for the second week in a row, and we caught a windy Florida afternoon ~ 15-20 mph with gusts up to 30+. Add that to the lightning fast greens and we had an interesting day. Fun, though the pace of play was not good this day. Our threesome got stuck behind a pretty slow foursome. This round took 4 1/2 hours, but the breeze kept us cool enough, and a golf course ain't a bad place to hang out on a windy day.
First Time In A While
It had been about four years since I last played Summerfield, but it won't be that long the next time. We played as a twosome and finished in 3 1/2 hours with perfect weather. Fun course that makes you think a little. Fast greens, fairways and tee boxes in nice shape. We'll be back.
Nice course and good people. By far the slowest round of my life. Extremely backed up, close to a 6 hour round. Would recommend it if the pace of play gets fixed.
Great course
Course is in terrific shape especially the greens which were super fast. Only thing they need a starter. We were a twosome following a 3some with a single behind us. Behind him was another 2some. Play was slow but i think it could be fixed with a starter and maybe a ranger. We did tee off at 1:15 so expected to be close to 5 hrs. I will definitely return.
Good Course
Greens are fast. Tight layout. Overall good shape.
Can see how it gets backed up quick. Lot of beginners out there with no clue and just reloading balls.
Solid course
Tee boxes, fairways & greens were in very good shape. However, a number of the sand traps were very hard under a thin layer of sand - need to be worked. Pace of play was excellent - we finished our round in a little under 4 hours. They also have a nice range, but chipping area is reserved for members only. We will definitely play again if we return to the area.
